Looking for help

So I have a weird bug I cant figure out, I'm hopping someone here can help me cause I'm stumped.

 

Basically I've been playing as a vampire and I noticed I have some weird lines appearing on my face (only on the right side of the face). when I go into the race menu they disappear but when I load they comeback. It also only appears when I'm a vampire. If I change to a human it disappears but if I set race to say nordracevampire it comes back. I assume It's a texture problem but I don't know what it could be or where to look. Does anyone know what this may be?

That looks like a face tattoo. Hard to tell, but it kinda does. You issue isn't one I've ever run into, but that might maybe possibly give you something to explore?

Might be a marker added by one of your mods which marks you as a vampire when you are one? What I mean is that it might not be a "bug", but a feature some modder thought was a good idea, but didn't mention (or didn't mention in an obvious way).

yeah I thought it was a face paint bugging out at first but it doesn't match any of the default ones, I don't have any others installed and I'm pretty sure I never have. It reminds me of the old burnt vampire face bug but I thought that I fixed that a long time ago.
