Revealing Clothing Compilation

These are the same files you can already download on the SimLab forum. This is just an attempt to organize them and also to take advantage of the Downloads section. Future releases will have their own individual posts.

 

Before downloading:

• This CC is offered completely FREE exclusively to LoversLab. If you find it in other places behind a paywall/paid subscription/donation pledge demand your money back
• You’re free to modify, edit, change attributes and generally do whatever the hell you want, no need to ask for permission
• Because sims3packs can cause troubles the more you install I only offer packages for download. There are a bunch of early uploads in sims3pack format on the forums, those are unsupported
• You can merge all the packages in one single file using S3PE
• Everything I do has almost all clothing categories enabled. You can add or remove categories using S3PE or S3OC
  

 

Description:

 

In short these are garments from the game and various of its expansions/content packs with the chest area removed and replaced with

CmarNYC’s

naked top, I also made a version with the default naked chest but with new bone assignments that allow it to use custom slider to increase chest size and shape, sadly boobs will look like torpedos the bigger you go. You can use Delphy’s

breast sliders

to somewhat minimize the effect.

 

You can also have petite boobs with this clothes or just use the default sliders, both Cmar and Barbie Boobs versions are based on the game’s defaults, that means it can be mixed with whatever skins, tops, bottoms, shoes and accessories you want; at the very least from the game and of course from me.

 

This CC pack represents my very first steps on the wonderful and outright stressful world of TS3 modding, it means errors are presented in every single release. It sounds worse than it is, for normal “simming” you will hardly notice anything is wrong; if you start using animations, sex mods or simply move your camera below the waist you’ll find clipping, texture stretching, botched normals, etc, etc, etc…

 

Because of that and many other reasons I stopped doing this type of clothing, at least for this body. The few remaining projects I still work on are tailored exclusively for MedBod.

In other words this CC is unsupported by me.

Your work is great, Josh.  Thanks for all of these and I know you sort of semi-retired from it but I'm sure we'd all love to see some new stuff from you!  There are some clothing ideas that I've been searching for but haven't found any good examples of yet and I think you'd do a great job at it:

 

Edits of some basic game clothes but in a sort of half-off state, like some of the base game shirts that are pulled up over the breasts (there's one version that comes up on the forums but unfortunately it doesn't scale with body type) or unbuttoned and opened to reveal the chest, or a skirt that's hiked up to expose.

I know what you're asking. At the beginning I tried to make those type of clothes and had some success but there's a catch: using custom sliders generated A LOT of clipping with the boobs, so is was a choice between having "riskier" clothing or cowtits, you already know my decision

 

There's a way of having both: remake the chest's bone paint/weight/assignments manually, sadly I don't have the knowledge to do it.
