Just a basic school template for Oniki Kay's KinkyWorld highschool update

You will need to use the Sims 3 launcher to install the template as well as register the lot as normal.

The school design is based off the base neighbourhood high school and can just be pasted over the origional games version.

Contains:-

-Dinning room with a very small kitchen.
-Prom room.
-Single sex Toilets.
-Two normal classroom and a single smaller size classroom.
-Arts room.
-Principles room with attached en-suite.
-Computer and library room.

New:-
-Underground Gym and swimming pool

Make sure you have the correct DLC as otherwise some objects might be missing.
Feel free to repurpose and distribute the file as you like.

Here's the .package version if you want to attach it to the OP, OP.

I never use the launcher for anything if I can help it.

Lot .packages go in (by default) "/Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Library/"

edit: and no, no CC afaik, because Delphy's Multi-extractor extracts it into one nice little package (CC usually gets extracted to multiple packages).

I haven't played with it yet though as I'm not even at the computer that I have TS3 installed on at the moment.

Community School - KW.7z

I had a little trouble with it a first. It would show up in the library as a "no visitors lot". But, after putting it in a test game everything worked fine. Thanks for sharing your work.

I downloaded this school but it doesn't have the gym or the swimming pool, I also have the important dlcs that add stuff like the basement, pool and basketball nets.

Freaking 8 years later! Sorry for the bump, but the school doesn't show up in my game. I tried using both the methods,

1. The Package file

2. As a sim3package file

I can't seem to find the school in-game!

The steps I used

1. Edit town

2. Go to an empty lot

3. Assign the type to community and change the subplot type to "No visitors allowed"

4. Go to Build -> Community objects -> the school isn't visible there!

Any help would be appreciated and I'm unable to find help regarding this anywhere else!

Thank you so much in advance

I downloaded this to look at it myself - it IS a Sims3Pack so it's best to change it to a package file (something something .package) before using for simplicity in installing/removing.

Using the game launcher to install Sims3 Packs is the old and inefficient way to handle Sims 3 mods (Uses the Downloads folder in the documents location).

Placing .package files in a properly set up Mods Folder is the best option 'IF' available (I still use the game launcher for things like WORLDS or complicated lots with many CC).

Sims3Pack Multi Installer.7z   This will change Sims3Packs to packages - I recommend doing one at a time since the application will properly name a SINGLE file. If doing multiple at once - they will instead be numbered (not ideal).

Having a small 'test' world that loads fast with a single lot for test sims is best when troubleshooting since if something 'works' there, it should work everywhere unless one is using a weird custom world with scripts and other unforeseen interferences. I prefer 'Isola' myself.

Isola.Sims3Pack

I build my own schools/clubs/etc. So the main thing to remember is what CC a school needs and how to set up classrooms, nurses station, principal's office, Prom room, lunch room, and any extra locations for after school hobbies/clubs (like painting/artists which I myself ignore since when school ends - I tend to reset the lot to get everyone to leave and then I don't take the camera back there which flags the game to push sims to the viewed location).

I hope this does help you and anyone else.
