Unfortunately I can't launch my game with this mod installed :(

This isn't a mod it's just animations, as in it doesn't 'mess' with your game in any way. You need Wicked Whims(Now that is a mod which 'messes' with your game) in order for them to work. And the correct Sims 4 version.

When I try to move your animations into my WW folder it asks me for a password. What's the password? haha

Yo, I can see I'm not the only one with a problem with your file. I have not been able to open my game after extracting your file. I have tried various things know, with my limitid knowledge of computers. I have used 9 Zip, including password, without succes. I even tried repairing the game. Even something as silly as placing the file itself various places in the mod folder of the game. No luck.
  Thus I am wondering if I might be doing something wrong. All the other wicked mods work flawless, just not yours... the sad part is that your mods are the best (which I only know about since I managed to get one of the older files to work)
  Do you have any adwise or maybe even look into it?

"mike24" The password is on the first page with all the info about these animations.

You have a password in the main page in big lgreen letters. It's "mike24"

Try with winar. I think with 7-zip you shouldn't have problems, It's rare.

try to extract it using 7zip, if the problem still exist

then try to compare hash checksum for the file so you can check it your downloaded file are not corrupted

 

here are md5 checksum for WW_mike24_27-11-17.rar file : d440011aeae83cef54dc0f0575b99e18

 

you can check hash checksum using HashCalc application

  My 9zip also uses 7zip. At least as far as I have read.
I did try the checksum-thingy and got this; 16faa63607b04fdc804e7ba2a1d21ee8 which is not the right checksum. Can you help me further? I must be doing something wrong.

simply redownload the file.

 

hash could be different because your download are corrupted or you resave the file (open the zip then re save the zip)

Apologies for my jargon. I'm aware they're animations but the below image is what I was referring to. Maybe it's a Mac thing? 

 

I run a lot of other animations just fine. I'm also using the 27/11/17 version.

No need to apologize at all. I am not familiar with Macs but maybe try downloading the file with a different program? For example I use Winrar and have never had a problem, some people use 7zip but I believe those are for Windows. It looks like the user whatshisname is having the same problem. And I have seen other's not being able to play their game after downloading mods with Winrar lately so something must be going on there. But like I said, try downloading an alternative to whatever program you are using and see if the problem persists. I can play my game just fine but I paid for the Patreon file and not LL's version. And I am sorry for the late reply, currently taking care of my wife since she had surgery.

Hello all ,
I hope I get some help here bcs I can't find something at google ect. 
My Sims had a update tday. After the update I can't place beds and some furniture (downloaded content). My game shows me the warning in the picture which says that the 'lastException.txt or the WickedWhimsException.txt' was created and the problem was maybe caused by WW. I run some detectors too but non showed me a problem.

you should batch fix them in sims4studio for the c&d update.

Thanks for the fast answer. I did the fix for the c&D update. Now the beds are working again. But I figured out that I have still few more missing. Tables, desks, dresser and wardrobe. Maybe Should I run fixes for cas? (I don't know if this is needed for placing this stuff.)

Mike, as always thanks for the update. Your animations been used a lot by my sims hehe.

As a heads up, I installed this mod earlier today and my game refused to load because the file was corrupted. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it three times and just disabled it in order to get the game to work again. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue or not.

Uh, unless something is very screwy on my end, you seem to have attached the new file to the changelog instead of uploading it to the files area. And trying to download from the changelog gives me a "you don't have permission for that" error.
