If a mod doesn't say anything next to the "Special Edition Compatible"  line header then you should assume "No".  However many mods have had someone else convert them and make that conversion available so a search of the thread for posts referencing SE may help.

OP, you forgot to mention that HDT is required for this version, as the meshes include XML vagina data. Otherwise, may also have to switch reference bodies for non-vagina conversions.

Google & a few redirect sites keep pointing back to Loverslab & the Modgames Russian site. Both of them doesn't seem to have this outfit. What happened?
