Minor Decapitation Glitch. Possible Sexlab Issue.

So I was testing out a recent mod called More Realistic Deaths by newbmaster3963

During combat I killed a bandit and then all of a sudden that dirty cheater somehow he came back to life and one shot me with his overpowered battleaxe lopping off my poor characters head. He then proceeds to fire the scripts for Realistic Deaths which make him loot the player character and attempts to have sex with my corpse. Right after the bandit loots my armor he is immediately cock blocked by a CTD. While I figured this was a one time thing I don't like when my Skyrim CTD's. So naturally I fired it up again, went to testing hall and tried to reproduce the CTD. So I let bandits kill my character a few times and everytime they were able to successfully fire a sexlab scene with the corpse without CTD. As soon as my character got decapitated again, the bandit tried to do his thing to my PC's corpse. Skyrim Immediately CTD's again. Turns out every time sexlab tries to pair an NPC with a decapitated PC it results in CTD. Is this simply a limitation of sexlab 1.61-1.62 or the game engine? or is this something else? I noticed another member on the More Realistic Deaths topic posted about similar issues with sexlab 1.6 and fixed it by rolling back to 1.59. I would like to stamp out CTD's wherever I find them but i was just wondering if anyone else had a better solution than downgrading sexlab.

 

Any insight is welcome.

 

I would also like to clarify that i do know about the NiOverride edit with face overlays that causes CTD on player decapitation and I have enablefaceoverlays set to 0.
