The issue with the schlong disease not latching on, that is from the Surprise Equip.  Some people like to consider when going back to female from having a schlong, they want to pick the pubic hairs instead.  So that was an option rather than something else.  Now something to remind everyone about is, the random diseased person in the cell you entered (may/may not happen), you could get a schlong that way.

Now that is odd, because I was using it the other day and I was quite capable of unchecking every last one except 1, that is odd.  I have one race that won't show anything but the UNP one, so I had to turn all of the others off, which did work, it counts the total and the amount checked has to be 2 (so you can uncheck), if it is 1, you can't, so for that, I can't tell you honestly, I'll re-look at the code, but it counts the female schlongs checked and if they're above 1, you can do the unchecking of the next one.  It is weird that it works on a new save, I used an ancient save with it (that originally had the original version of Becoming Futanari) and it worked fine.  I know you have the latest version from the looks of it, since there aren't any strap-ons there.  Well, keep me informed.

Was Trying out this mod, and at least for me it seems both Surprise Equip and this mod do not do anything. When trying to use the De-Bug spells nothing happens, and with the potions the status effect comes up. But nothing happens to the character

It works on the PC or NPC only following sex.  Either NPC or PC is infected with the disease and instantly after sex the effect is actioned. 
One thought though - not sure if this might be causing what you're experiencing but do you have the bodyslide/racemenu enabled for SOS ? 
This doesn't work for the PC if you have SOSRaceMenu.esp enabled as this means the values for the PC schlong are set in Racemenu instead of MCM>Schlongs of Skyrim.

Surprise Equip can often do nothing, shakes the camera, nothing happens.  I'm doing more edits to see if I can make the functionality a bit more robust.  As for it not working with the player, try setting the Surprise Equip to max on the chance and on the temp, then when it happens, check SexLab's gender for the player, if it is indeed male, then you may have an incompatible body mesh or the schlong it picked won't work with your body mesh.  It is/has always been a trial and error with the schlongs and compatibility with meshes, which is why I have a limiting list in the mod, although I am seeing some random departures from it, I'm still looking into that.

just a quick request for the next time you're editing it, if you wouldn't mind....  it would be great if you would increase the maximum value of the sap schlong shrinkage slider to 20 so that, when set to 20, for those who want it to work that way, if the PC or NPC has sex even once whilst infected it will effectively cause a sex change.

Yes, Surprise Equip has no callback on it to tell it that "we failed to apply something", so it does the camera shake and noise without any control.

I'll look into that, as the schlong limit before the sex change can be put up to 5, meaning 20 would be 25, I may need to see if the code will do the work regardless, but I believe so, as I did rearrange things to work with values during the sex by obtaining the sizes beforehand.

I tried out what you said, and Surprise Equip does work and Schlongs do appear now. It just seems the Becoming Futanari Spells/ Potions do not do anything for me still. I get the buff/Debuff status to show up on myself and or NPC's but then nothing happens. And it seems the timers are very short? 5 seconds only?

What spells/potions exactly are you having issues with, so I can track it down further.  As in what is not happening for each?

I hope I will explain this right. 

The potions 
Poison of Brief Phallus + Potion of Brief Phallus apply a Debuff to myself or the target saying Temporary Futa for 5 Seconds. But nothing happens.. No schlong is applied / No other messages are given, and the debuff just wears off with no effect. 
Poison of Sap Schlong does the same, it applies a Debuff to the target but nothing happens during / after sex. And the DeBuff only lasts 5 seconds as well. 

The spells (Self)
Debug - Make Futanari (Self)
DeBug - Remove Futanari (Self) 
Debug Sap Schlong (Self) 
Debug - Transient Schlong (Self) 
All four do nothing to my character, no debuffs are added, no schlong is added or removed, and during / after sex nothing happens to my character or the other character involved. 

Spells - Targeted 
Make Futanari 
Remove Futanari 
Sap Schlong Disease (Other) 
These spells also do nothing to the target, and add no debuff to them after checking through the console. Same situation during/ after sex with their schlongs. 

 

The only way I have noticed anything to happen is if I crank up the settings with Surprise equip to max, my character will get the Transient Schlong buff for about 5 minutes, and a schlong will be applied. Then removed after the timer is up as expected.

I tested those a lot, they do work, those brief potion/poison are the ones that Surprise Equip are given.  I would look at the spell effects on the player to see if it isn't there, as I have noticed some schlongs don't show up on some bodies.  The Sap Schlong I use a TON, with dipped darts and a dart crossbow that doesn't do damage, that was how I was testing the men getting the vagina when they ran out of schlong to give.

Not sure what to say there, I used those the other day, they do work for me, even on old saves, wonder if you have some other mod that is blocking these from working.

Those again are ones that Surprise Equip use, the Disease Other is being used by the additions to the mod to make others in the current cell a chance to lose it to the player during sex, I have tested that and they do indeed work.

What race are you playing?  As for 5 minutes, could have sworn it was 15 I had it to, since 5 was way too short, maybe it is 10, been a while since I altered it.  But 5 was almost impossible to use in more than 1 sex scene.

I'm just using a regular Nord race, nothing special. 

I did see somewhere farther up the comments that having the Race Menu options turned off for the PC make this work? Better? 

Not really sure, I want to say I tried that before but it didn't help. Was just curious on your thought for that. 

 

That still wouldn't help with the potion duration for me tho.

Not sure I understand what you mean, so a female has a schlong and you want it to go from large to gone and the male gets it or the male loses it to the female?

Sorry for the late reply but what i am refering to is this being reversed so essentially the female who uses the shlong in a male position(animation) would get growth and if in the female position shrink (logic being having sex in normal female position gets you to lose the shlong and using the shlong makes it bigger)

If a female has a schlong (and their Sexlab gender is Male), the sap schlong disease will reduce whoever's schlong is affected and send that difference to the other sex partner.  So if you have the Working Male Vagina addon, you could have sex with someone who has the disease, steal his schlong and leave him with a vagina, while you sport his schlong (or more depending on what you already had, if one), the reverse can also happen.

They're already is a gender swap mod for Skyrim, (Sexlab Hormones).  As for permanent schlong, that is about as permanent as can be, meaning any male schlong can be vanished by the Sap Schlong poison/disease (if you have the Working Vagina SOS AddOn, they get that when it "vanishes").

 

Sexlab doesn't really support a permanent means except gender changing which causes all sorts of chaos thanks to the new engine and the fact that the player is a unique actor and not a player controlled NPC.
