The MCM message is gone, or is HSH also working now (dancing, animations, punishments)?

quick question, I installed the 1.00a version and had a weird bug when npcs lips were moving but they were not talking and could not hear them, so I went back to .99 and everything is fine now. have you seen this before? and should I be using the hunter and dialogue patch or is that for 1.00a?

I had something similar happen yesterday, I tried recopying the 1.00a files to see if that would help correct another problem (which it did). But afterwards anytime a NPC was supposed to use "hello" dialog (the various greetings and random dialogs NPCs say when you get close to them, these are called "hellos" for those that didn't know), their lips would move but they said nothing and no dialog subtitle. This affected every NPC in my game and even NPCs when I started a new game.

I fixed it by simply recopying the 1.00a files to the data folder and letting it overwrite everything again, reloading the bugged game (took several tries before it would load), used the wait command to wait 1 game hour and its been fine since. I did notice visiting interior cells containing slaves under HSH were sometimes slow loading after that, but only the first time I visited so I went around to them all and the game has run fine since.

My guess is this has to do with upgrading or patching HSH while having slaves under its management, can potentially cause issues. Why that affected the hello dialogs I've no idea.

Patch is only for people who installed 1.00.

Not sure what is up with the helloes... if you have that problem, try installing the patch (1.00 contains a bug with helloes)

Thanks I reinstalled it and it seems fine so far, bad installation I guess. I'll keep a close eye on it but as far as I've seen the first couple hours of reinstalling it I haven't had a problem with npcs lips moving and not saying anything, I think one of my slaves did at some point since reinstalling but they were on PAHE not HSH.

OK, noob question... just started this to see how it is. I talk to Pardo the first time, go capture a bandit, return, and am told for take the bandit to a slave labor camp. But uhm, where? I tried the Fellglow camp, sold the bandit there, but the quest doesn't progress. So there's some other camp?

I expect I'll end up being embarrassed, but hey, wouldn't be the first time!

Didn't Pardo mark 3 mines on your map? The Fellglow camp doesn;t work (but maybe I should add that one as another location), but you can sell them at for example the Stonehills mine east of Morthal.

Would it help if the Felglow actually had the slave mine that was planned? You could give the mine "foreman" the dialogs for selling a slave to the mine there then. I could get to work building that right after I finish up the next release of Prettier Bandits and also Pinewatch Redux.

Yeah, the mining business is kind of the point (or the excuse) of having those slaves around Then just add a foreman who can be given the necessary dialogues. I need to see how I can work him into the quest though (or just tie him in with the Morthal jarl)

The original idea for the mine at Felglow was Blabla's. He wanted to have a mine where you could take your slaves and put them to work and they would actually mine ore for you over time. That was one of the reasons I rebuilt Felglow was so we could have a mine in a separate cell to make that possible. Course right after that is when Blabla left us and the project was abandoned.

My concept for the mine was to have a front area with a mine foreman and some sort of lockable gate. The front area would have a smelter, forge, etc. and a couple of guards. Beyond the gate would be a main room and a number of mine tunnels branching off that.

This was going to be one of several planned expansion areas to the Felglow. Needless to say, nothing went as planned.

I'll add it to my to do list and see if I can get started sometime next week if possible.

Just to clarify, for myself, I have PAHE - is that the right mod? Because there seem to be a few variants floating around, and your requirements list isn't linking to the specific one needed.

Anyway, I'll try Stonehills once I get back into the game a bit later.

HSH should work with pretty much any version, but I recommend using the PAHE Repacked from this forum.

When you tried talking to the guard in Stonehills, did you have a slave with you? What does the quets log say at this point?

Version 1.01 is up!

At Pose level 60, a new pose dialogue option will appear to make the slave do the pose on a nearby table.
You can have a 3-5some with your slaves (the extra participants are chosen from slaves ordered to train sex with each other). If extra slaves are available for sex, there will be a new option in the sex dialogue ("I am going to have some fun with you")
Attempt to fix the Breezehome navmesh (stop slaves bolting for the front door)
Slaves ordered to fight for the player in PAHE will continue to do so when handed to HSH and back to PAHE
Fixed issue with punishment anims not playing during training
Trainer will now return trainee back to the cell when dismissed as trainer
Various small dialogue and package fixes
Poses are now available from Pose level 0 (so that you can start training slaves at any level)
Trainers will train Pose along with other skills
Inventory of slaves in training is no longer inaccessible
If a slave wanders from a camp, they will be teleported back to it when you visit it (or visit the area in which the slave is located)

I did have a slave at that point, yes. He escaped when I went into the mine itself, so after talking to the guard (well, trying to; he had no relevant dialog).

I don't recall the exact wording, but the journal said something about taking the slave to a forced labor camp.

bug fixes to the the pose system in pahe coming in the next updates related to factions being assigned to those slaves during the pose training - factions that weren't invented yet...decide if that effects you or if thats of any use to you as i get that finished up or when i get it to you to examine..

unfortunately most of the pahe errors listed there are known bugs from 0 slaves on the roster when updating the array - that issue was once patched, but the patch had to be undone as it created new problems so it'll need to be looked into again at a later date along with the mcm spam

its a long bumpy road overhauling pahe piece by piece...

Personally, I just unzip into its own folder and then copy the contents into my Skrym/Data folder. Or you could use Mod Organizer. NMM sadly seems pretty well fucked up at this point.

the PHHSHStorage errors are home sweet home bugs for musje to look at

The errors shown between the lines mentioning checks for soft dependencies can be ignored. Not sure how to hide these errors but they are harmless

They are. Still, GetModByName might help.
