So activating this from a clean save' date=' I ran into the problem that when it came on line my courier, cass, and veronica all became pregnant by a deathclaw without having sex. Even after birthing they all re-became pregnant by a deathclaw, and there was no visible offspring.

Having same issue with a New Game Male courier using Sunny companpion Mod by Loogie, got the "off color" message from Sunny. Console msg concerning Sunny showed she was pregnant. Did a Inv on her, showed "zImplanted Deathclaw Egg". Remove it via Console, msgs stopped.

Hmm weird, I've never seen that message come up yet, knew it was there but hadn't really thought about chasing it till I sorted bigger issues out.

 

Were you actually near a Deathclaw at all for it to start?

Ahah! just found the issue, it was in all the other codes besides Caucasian, I think Sunny is Hispanic Race form memory.

 

LOL no unless there is a Deathclaw in Goodspring Saloon. Also found out the newest version of SCR doesn't play well with old Pregnancy versions.

Yeah old PregncyV2 is well behind V3' date=' there have been changes to the stuff in SCR that PregnancyV2 references, to save confusion, as I did with PregnancyV1, I'll be deleting PregnancyV2 some stage during beta phase of V3.

 

Especially since many other mods now use the newer versions of SCR, there are a lot of people who just download any link they see, there's some old additional reference files that Loogie & Bromm did on the first pages of the SCR thread from August and I'm sure people are still downloading them at times by the counters still incrementing.

 

Here's the fix anyway, bedtime for me now.

 

New Update 20120527.3:

 

Fix for mysterious DeathClaw Pregnancy

Disabling of spamming Preg messages

Fixes & tweaks to debugging systems

Fixes to Douching

 

Should be functional ok as above, jeez the Colsole can get busy with all the sex in the Wrangler with populated casinoes :)

Strange results...

 

With a female courier, clean save, had sex with Rex, got Geko semen. Gave birth, no offspring, but was still visibly pregnant with AP penalty. Could not get pregnant again tried with a number of humans.

 

With male courier, existing pregnancies worked but could not get anyone pregnant. Sunny remained pregnant looking after birth, and put on cloths during birthing but not any other time in repeated encounters, nor did anyone else dress at any point. Big bellies went away during birth. Had sex with Trudy several times seeing if I could get a pregnancy to occur, and after the last attempt everyone went hostile, despite non rapey dialogue and my using Sexout Sex usual options. moving away I fell through the floor. This may just be a glitch unrelated to pregnancy.

 

No messages at all until birth, at which point messages proceeded as normal. pop up messages occurred normally, though male courier was, again, told he was pregnant it clearly applied to Cass.

Thanks Saladboy, will havce a nother look into things, the Belly staying around is one issue I haven't tracked down yet, I'll keep looking and look into the messages again too.

 

I think I sorted the Rex/Gecko thing, it probably was any creature, not just Rex.

Weird. You'd think it would freak out quietly do nothing at all when it couldn't find a reference called ifrZPartner.

 

Then again this is the same thing that for some bizarre reason can't handle numbers at the start of references...

Ok major problem Pregnancy and Fertilization are not stored they reinitializes if you get to far away from companpion and return close to them. They both start from scratch, via console and medical scanner. They remain pregnant but preg length, size etc reset. It happens to NPC females also so they are in a constant state of pregnancy never advancing.

Yeah I changed Semen to SCR based so it could be checked against or added by other mods, so they didn't become directly Pregnancy dependant.

 

Hmm, I've noticed this at times going into doors etc, I wonder if that means the effects aren't staying on the npc if they go out of range of the player, I may have to move from effects somehow or allow it to reset.

Edit

 

Further test with pregnancy set on Supermutants and Ghouls only, Geckos still implant the eggs.

Yeah Gecko's and some others I had set even in V2 to implant eggs directly, so the fertility of the female doesn't matter, I did this to have some variety in Pregnancies :)

k, just wondering, well Mantis implant Gecko eggs and Gecko seman also

Nope, Mantis & Ants should implant Mantis eggs & Semen and implant growing eggs that are laid when they reach near full size.

Scorpion & Radroach will also lay full size eggs direct that eventually hatch inside and eat/claw/crawl their way out resulting in possible death by Scorpions to lower level characters.

LakeLurks & MireLurks will turn ova into eggs that grow before being laid when they reach full size.

Deathclaws have a little change that I will keep a surprise :)

Hmm did search looks like might have some good ideas from the vids I saw' date=' I'm trying not to be distracted by too many ideas yet till I have this stable :)

 

New Update 20120529.1:

 

Fix for all creatures causing Gecko Semen

Attempt at fixing preventing reinitialising of scripts on NPC's when they leave range.

More fixes to debug systems and other background works.

 

Please note although you should get semen from most creatures and possibly pregnant, most creatures have no birthing coding yet so will fail or do something weird/bad/miraculous at birthing.

Nanochrisis is not bad. The dog pregnancy results in a game over if it happens, though the fly stage pregnancy thing is...interesting.

 

Last I here the guy working on it dropped it for Aya Gods. AG is actually his third similar game, he had one before Nanochrisis which never got as far as Nanochrisis did...he is a tad mercurial.

EDIT after reading his post-

hounds will have the preggo opption eventually, but right now it's just rape. two stages and a few game overs as of a week ago. theres a thread over at the ULMF site that is discussing what updates he's doing (think he just finished the map) so head on over there if you wanna learn about the new game
