It will sit there loading for a bit, but every time it CTD's before it completes. Not sure what is the issue, list thanks to MO. If you can figure out the issue it would be much appreciated.

You sure MO is NOT showing any red warning on the mods on the left list?

 

You may add your papyrus.log, maybe inside there is some information to understand who is having a serious problem.

Another question, the CTD is before the start screen with Skyrim logo starts, or as soon as you load a game file?

MO isn't telling me of any major issues. I will add the pap log in a moment and the crash happens after it's been on the loading screen for a bit.

OK, crashing on loading screen means: mandatory ESM is missing.

 

In MO go over your saved files, and check them.

If any of the has a read alert, then just delete the save game (or re-install the missing mod.)

I have fixed it to some degree, I can get in game and run around but lots of the animations are broken and won't play properly. Had this issue back when I first started modding skyrim but I can't remember what fixed it.

Its possible UFO, i remember removing this mod for a good reason(of which i cant remember now, it could be because of crashes) and switch to AFT then EFF try that.

 

Edit: also if your mod count is over 250, which i think is the limit skyrim can take that might be it

 

when the modding count goes over 250 weird stuff happens and usually leads to crashes
