The body is definitely modified though to keep everything high and tight, I tried looking around for the preset but you can always make it yourself with bodyslide.

Grab the Daedric download. Their look changes based on any Ebony armor textures you have.

It could just be the enb/lighting in the screenshot Yeah, the ENB can make a LOT of a difference regarding the colours. Also, the environment lighting has a considerable influence. But the thing is that I would like my character to have a teint like that basically all the time, not just in very certain conditions. I knew of a way to remove the mesh, I just wasn't sure if there was an already edited version like that out there somewhere. This is good to know for anyone else who is unaware though.
