It's realclone's 3 breast bone UUNP body, with custom xmls. Similar body and skeleton with 3 breast bones is now available for SE as an optional component in CBBE's newest version. I haven't tested it myself yet, though previously I found SE's SMP results to look a bit more stiff, but that might be just the XML's.
