Finally decided to play through Dawnguard on the Vampire Hunters' side, so of course I had to spend altogether too long making a new character for it.

Named for Dark Souls' Goddess of Sin and Punishment, and very very inspired by Warhammer Fantasy Witch Hunters.

 

Name: Velka Salignis

 

 

STORY CRAP

 

 

An Imperial priestess of Arkay whose hometown in Cyrodiil was attacked by vampires while she was still in training. Tasked during the attack with sealing the town's crypt Velka could only listen at the door as the undead assailants slaughtered her mentor and anyone else who resisted, before taking captive whoever else they could. When dawn finally broke over the town she emerged to find over half the townspeople either dead or missing, including her younger sister. As the now-senior priestess she took it upon herself to rally the survivors and lead them in pursuit. Following a trail of exsanguinated corpses the mob came upon the vampires' den just before dusk on the fourth day and put them to the sword while they slept. The vampires' thralls put up a fight but were swiftly overwhelmed and just as night was about to fall the mob stormed the master's chambers with the priestess of Arkay at their head. What they found there was evidence of a Daedric ritual and three new Daughters of Coldharbour turned from the captives, amidst the corpses of several other young girls who also appeared to have undergone the ritual. Her sister among them Velka was forced to slay them with her own hand before they could awaken. After the deed was done she bade the rest of the townspeople return and set out on her own, to learn more about what they had witnessed and about the enemy that had stolen so much from her. Now, several years later, she was a different person than the girl who had led a mob against an ambitious coven of vampires. She began to search for information about her foes, leading her to root out all kinds of knowledge on the undead in general. She had taken new vows, hunted both vampires and necromancers back to a dozen dark lairs. She had traveled from one end of Cyrodiil to the other until rumours of a great vampire uprising finally brought her North. Brought her to Skyrim where the newly reformed Dawnguard could make use of her services and help her toward her own goal of finally understanding what had befallen her town, and her sister, so many years ago.

I decided to name her Endryea. Not supposed to be lore-friendly.

By the way, if anyone can think of a better semi-revealing top (and i mean like 98% revealing  - like nisetanaka's Steel Armor Pasties Revealing) for my Endryea character, let me know.   I kind of think her fishnet top is a little awkward....   I'll likely be updating her often since I don't think she's 100% ready for LL and I'll be spending a lot of time this summer working to perfect her.
