The Red Seat has a small quest (become a dancer by.....dancing on the stage), but it seems there was going to be so much more, as the mod author established the club owner, had a fight club that was "shut down" etc.   It is almost like it was going to be a Diamond City version of what JB did with Commonwealth slavers.
