- Use the mask tool with brush strength at around 80-90% on the shaft (and the balls if you want). Leave a little bit of the base unmasked so it stays "connected" to the body. There should be a gradient from masked to unmasked instead of a solid line.

- Click and drag the cube in the center of the circles. That'll resize the unmasked parts.

I've posted a few guides throughout this thread, here's one of them

Only meshes I labeled "abc" will work with Sexlab. "non-abc" meshes are not animated.
