Schlongs like ERF CBBE Futanari or TRX Futanari Addon have RaceMenu sliders, found all the way to the right under the "Genitals" tab. You can also edit the base shape in BodySlide.

Are there any unique player races which rig a fe-male body on the male skeleton?  I believe that would make some of the animations work better or is their a height mod that would accomplish the same thing?

You can give female schlongs male positioning by editing them in NifSkope, which will fix dick alignment, at least. You do still get arms occasionally not reaching as far as they should depending on the animation. I suppose a makeshift option would to be to lengthen your character's arms in RaceMenu (at the risk of turning them into a freakish gorilla creature)

Would just changing the height of your female character help?  if thats even possible

I think it's more of a matter of proportions than just height. Also, when people talk about actor height in Skyrim, they typically talk about actor scale, which refers to their overall size and which you can change by clicking on them with the console open and typing setscale <insert number here>. Like I said, you can stretch your character in various ways with RaceMenu

Character scale can be changed in RaceMenu without having to touch the console. I always either set my Khajiits to Scale 1.2-1.5 (depending on the starting sex) or use a preset where they are already at that scale. 

Proportions are even easier to fine-tune with the right RaceMenu slider add-ons including SOS sliders (TRX male or female and SOS ERF Futanari).

Minor Update: I was asked to add an equippable version of my vaginaless 3BA body, so I did:

Minor Update, The Sequel: Unfortunately, everyone who downloaded the Equippable version will need to redownload version 1.01, the initial release had master file issues that went undetected in my rigorous QA process

Update 31/03/2022: Yet another bugfix released for the Equippable version, this time fixing an oversight that caused the armour to not appear in AddItemMenu. Sadly, anyone who downloaded the previous version needs to update to 1.02

 

Update 31/03/2022, Again: 1.03, EQUIPPABLE VERSION SHOULD NOW FINALLY WORK PROPERLY

Currently working on improving Vaginaless + Schlong textures, and I've discovered a lot I could improve on. I guess I've also committed to providing patches for more texture types. Going to work on the default Fair Skin ones, then do Bijin and Pure.

 

I also edited EvilReflex's blend file for making seamless schlong textures to use the 3BA Vaginaless mesh instead of the default CBBE SE one, which should hopefully produce actually seamless results from now on. If it works as intended, I'll put that up as a download on the Vaginaless page.

Like I said earlier, I'm reworking my vaginaless textures from the ground up, and the results look pretty good so far:

 

The shadows can still behave a bit oddly depending on the lighting angle and conditions, but I'm not sure how completely you can eliminate that kind of stuff.

 

I've also decided to just distribute fully patched textures going forward, otherwise I'll have to explain how to drag and drop images on top of other images to people until the end of time. The first batch of textures will include Fair Skin, Bijin, Diamond and DDFFF as well as CBBE Futanari Schlong textures to go with them. In the future, I'm hoping to patch more skin replacers and add TRX_Futanari support. The first one of these new patches will be Pure Skin.

and for the videos, you can use OBS (probably the best) or any other video recording software of your choice and edit it in software like adobe premiere pro
