This is a mod idea I've actually had on my list of things to try. It'd be pretty trivial to take the meshes from an existing piercing mod and repurpose them as schlong piercings.

Yes, and it's incredibly easy. Normal Map Sources is just a bunch of overlays you can paste on top of any normal map you want. (Though I suspect the belly fat or the muscle ones won't work on the already muscular map you linked.)

 

If you can handle opening the files in an image editor, copying and pasting layers from one image to another and finally saving them in the proper format, you're good to go. It's not rocket science.
