she isn't taking any weight. Perhaps I should move the cats back legs closer?

I'm not sure it's that bad to be honest - he's not resting all his weight on her, at least part of it is on his rear legs. And saber cats are a lot more fluff than you'd think! :]

 

 

I guess looking at it again, he's standing and holding her back against him, but it seems like so much of his weight is forward that he'd be off balance.  The wolf / dog animations that are similar don't strike me as being that odd, as they're smaller and her holding their weight doesn't seem too far fetched.

 

Normally I'd say "sex in a video game, woot" but since you've put so much work into realistic horker and goat penises... it just kinda struck me. Maybe its also the scale in the gifs.. and it wouldn't look as bad in game.

I want to lean them both back a bit and move the girl back as well but the penis mesh won't allow it (it'll clip). That would kind of put more weight on the back legs.

 

I didn't make the horker and goat penises, Vioxsis did :o

 

Thanks for those pictures, I do want to make a "holding down" set for the sabre cats as well and those pictures will help with the initial poses.

I can import the wisps animaitions with the skeleton, but the mesh doesn't stick to the bones so it just stays at 0,0,0. I think I have to make the animation, and wait till it is in game to see what it looks like. Ugh...

You've been spoiled by how you can see wtf you're doing in 3ds Max for animations - welcome to the process used for weighting armors! XD

Bad news; I can not make different animations for the 3 sizes of mudcrabs, so I think I will make an animation between the large and giant so the animations will somewhat line up with those and whatever happens with the smallest mudcrab is out of my control :(

 

At least it's something, right?

 

I think I already said this, but the smallest mudcrab size is barely used at all lol. I can only think of like, one or two grottos where there are like, one of two of them to the 5-7 of the other two! XD

 

The largest size is the one used most often iirc. That's the size I based my mechanical version on because it was the most common one.

Well like, also sabre cats aren't as heavy as you might think (not much more than a panther or a tiger - they have really poofy fur lol), so it's not like he would crush her spine into a fine powder if he put all his weight on her

 

Also, I doubt that cat is all that concerned about her comfort at that moment as well! XD

The 2 bigger sizes are 1.13 and 1.50, so I'll pick a spot between those and and animate it like that.

 

With the deers being .75 and .85 I animated at .80 and it works well for both sizes so I'll try that again. Although the range between the two is much greater this time :\

Looking through them I realized another thing throwing me off was the apparent scale size difference between cat and female. It didn't look like he was small enough to just stand on his hind legs.

Isn't furniture still bugged though? Like switching from one animation set to another causes the furniture to stay.

 

Using things like chairs or rocks opens up a lot more possibilities, but I don't want to make any until that issue is fixed.

 

I kind of dislike the "suddenly chair!" though...

The "suddenly! a throne!" kind of problems are more I think for the chairs, tables etc, and there is someone working on a system to use things like that in the room, similar to "use nearby bed" works.

 

for animals, I'd think popping a rock in wouldn't be a jarring.. unless you're in the Animal Mansion, there would likely be rocks around.

 

 

p.s.  I think 1. make animation, 2. find use  would be a reasonable design plan.  some have great suspension of disbelief and would just go with it, and who knows how many people have ideas not mentioned for mods they're doing already and just need an animation to use?

 

Amorous adventures using leito's kissing anim and the xandero vampire feeding animation getting its own mod, essentially, are good examples

I made a couple of animations for SGO 3. I'm slowly asking authors if they want very specific animations done for their mods. I suck at making things look smooth but I figure something is better than nothing.

 

Of course I just pile on so much work I have to do that I never get anything done xD

Glitches only occur if you change the animation manually during the scene iirc.

That centurion, hare, chicken, and mammoth are funny xD, we really need more of those cute creatures animations to come, so next gonna be sabre cat to give love

Unless someone else seriously requests a chicken or rabbit animation I'm not going to worry about them anymore... Mammoth and Centurion have a lot of potential though xD

The witchlight/wisp mesh was attached by a NiStringsExtraData from the looks of it.

 

So i just dragged it in and aligned it by the Z axis and linked it to the bone, tried a few anims and looks to work fine.

You can probably remove/hide the planes, the cylinder and glow ones are meant to always face the camera.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Like I said, animation effects require extremely complicated ninode controller strings, and I'm honestly not even sure they CAN be set up correctly with Nifskope.

 

Oh, just an FYI because it took me FOREVER to figure this out: if you ever try to export something like this, you NEED to have "vertex colors" enabled in the export dialog! Some meshes rely on it for their alpha properties to work, and I think all animated textures fall into this category tbh.

 

I ran into this issue when I was messing around with flame atronaches.

I think a tentacle attack for the worm plant wold look great!

 

I posted a gif of the worm somewhere in this thread... it's a cylinder almost waist high with a "tongue" that can go up and down.

 

I have no idea if it'll work since it's not considered a creature. But it's easy to do so I'll try it out

The other animations are male on these creatures and are no good for the majority of us who use female characters and want these creatures to do our char, example - when my char gets raped by the Spriggan ATM it's actually my char raping it LOL! Top priority, perhaps the Dragon Priest but there is no mesh suitable ATM, is there? Really though I,m happy to just have you here making new animations! Making my Skyrim this immersive! Thank you!

Hey Dentarr,

I have a wierd thing goin with new leito draugr animations. If i change animation anywhere other then stage 1 then only draugr changes animation. I have to go back to stage 1 and everything sets itself right. Maybe becouse im using 1.59 and those animations were meant for 1.60?

Also please remove open mouth from female in stage 2 od draugr blowjob in next updates,

Well, if you have them available you should be able to trigger them in 1.59 just as well as 1.60. They are added in a way that works in both versions...

Well, those creatures are female so what do you expect? Only thing llabsky could do is something along the line of the Hagravens...

 

 

Exactly what I'd like to see - something along the lines of the Hagraven or Wispmother was my point - I believe I asked earlier!
