[Request] Oral sex scenes fill hunger/thirst

Sorta simple request: I would love it if you could have you hunger/thirst meter from mods like Realistic Needs and Desires to be filled up whenever you eat cum. I think it would be pretty great to be forced to beg someone to feed you their cum too or else you starve. Are there any mods like this or would anyone be interested in making one?

Do you just want an item "cum" that counts as food for the mod, or do you need the whole begging thing as well?

 

I don't think you'd need any scripting, actually, just an additional dialog for all NPCs allowing you to beg for sex.

 

Another mod covers giving you the food post sex, you just need to make the cum/food item.
