Well.... If you do a search on YT with the term "dr demento show"; The first result should be a playlist with 10 entries, most being just under 2 hours long. And there you go, you have found the re-runs of the Dr Demento show. At least some of them, but I'm sure you can find the other episodes yourselves with that knowledge in hand.

So... Go look for myself huh, guess this isn't Wal Mart, Trying to involve you not steal your good idea.

When the system says I am out of reactions for the day, after a few hours I will get like 5 more, definitely not a full allotment. Just an observation, before someone gets the notion I am asking why or what can be done about it.

Amazing how they got all those dancers to do exactly the same moves in that Jonathan Bree tune.

The Balkan music. And Christina Aguilera, never heard that song before. I realized I don't even know what she looks like and would not have known it was her if the video were not labeled.

👍for all

This song is 1/4 Christina Aguilera

EDIT: Linguistics observations

Spoiler

Because my educational background is linguistics, first time I heard this song it was impossible for me to not notice that Aguilera pronounces "street" and "strut" as "shtreet" and "shtrut." I do not pronounce those words that way. We are both native speakers of North, American English, but she is from New York and I am from Southern California. In some dialects of German, speakers pronounce the s before p, t, k using the sound like English "sh," and speakers of other German dialects do not do that. So, "Einstein" vs. "Einshtein." I am an expert in neither German nor North America English dialectology.

The song:

I saw the same when it actually shorts you for the next days allotment. Count and see, 20 per diem.  Kinda funny a computer can't keep track of that shit.   :coffee:      for your songs.

Burlesque is the Art of the Tease, arousing, stimulating, alluring, seduction, a good show, dancing, singing, music, Beauty, Talent, not Sex.

The threat of sex. It hangs in the air like a cloud of particularly randy miasma. Like at strip clubs.

Agree to disagree I guess.

But I'm pretty sure this classic isn't sex related. I'm 75% sure.

You've never been to a good burlesque show, There is no "threat of sex", likening it to a Randy strip club is not cool either.

It is the Art which is a Woman, enticing, exciting, exuberant, it is made to be looked at not touched, which the Women who actually work the good Burlesque shows will tell you, no touching. Best when a Couple enjoys it together, makes for a long night at home.

I didn't mean to insult you or your interests, just to point out that anything "sexy", stimulating, suggestive, tantalizing, enticing, alluring, seductive, etc., is related to sex. The adjective you use isn't important as long as the meaning is that it's sexually exciting. If watching it makes you want to head home and engage in amorous congress, then it's sex-ish. It can't be sexy without being suggestive of sex. That's just what the word means.

There's no touching in strip clubs. I'll grant you they're targetting a different clientele though.

I could have said what I did differently, Sorry.           My Apologies.

I think we should agree to disagree on the topic, My eye is different than most, where I see Art, others may not.

Anyway Glad you're here posting with us!    :coffee:    :cookie:       :D

"Give a man a fish; He'll eat for a day.

Teach a man to fish; He'll eat for a lifetime."

Don't know who originally said that, but the concept is the same here. Besides, I tried to find a way to link the whole playlist, and it just didn't work without directly copying the address from the browser; And I'm still paranoid about doing that, thinking it might somehow might give someone a 'backdoor' into my YT account. Even though I know that's not how it works.

That is why I do not have one, if I can't view the vid so be it.

Was really wanting you to post more with us!

No one will ever convince me that staging scantily dressed women to sing and dance while patrons ogle them is not t least partly about sex, regardless of whatever else it might be about.  But us arguing about that would be a waste of time. The point of my post was ironic humor, in any event, not to start a debate about sociology.

Spoiler

EDIT: So I got less than 10 reactions, and now I'm out again. It's like the system gives out X number of reactions per day (someone said 20, I think), but it gives them out not all at once at, for example 00:00 UTC, but some smaller amounts at certain times over the course of the day.
