tschutschi Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Hi guys Since I got more and more requests for my Yvonne Strahovski character, I'd like to know if I'm allowed to upload that to this site? I'm using parts of diegoforfun's playermodel and hairs from many different hairpacks. So it's not a preset or anything, but kind of a helmet. I tried to contact diegoforfun, but didn't get an answer for months. Just curious...If it will be taken down anyway I can spare me the the trouble of sharing it. Or how about a guide on how to do it yourself? And how about the nexus? Some examples how it looks:
Nightmyste Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 guides are as far as i know allways permitted as for a full download it can be tricky if you don't have the right permissions most authors tend to accept using their recources without asking but this must be clearly stated in the discription, if in doubt the safest way to go is calling out to a moderator or not uploading the mod at all

You can always upload it to free host like mega or upload.to or 4shared or anything really. But I don't know why its not allowed to be uploaded here since the authors are credited, you are doing it for free, you are not hiding someone else's work, whats the problem then?

This statement is not entirely correct! even though mods are free of charge, have the original mod authors all rights, a copyright infringement remain a copyright infringement! in the rule comes it to serious consequences, also LL tolerated none copyright infringement.
