Jexsam Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 victim lol Nobody who posts loli smut to Nexus is a victim of anything except their own stupidity.
Darkening Demise Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Nexus Mods wear a Hitler mustache for a reason.
Spyder Arachnid Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Eh, they've been there long enough to know the rules. They broke them intentionally, thus paid the consequences. You don't get a slap on the wrist for knowingly breaking the rules. They should have known better.
Halefury Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 I saw a mod on the Nexus, and as I was reading the mod page, things started disappearing. A couple of links to other pages suddenly went nowhere, the file associated with the mod vanished, and then the entire mod page was gone. It had something to do with a loli outfit ported from Oblivion (Carmen?) and some link to a loli body it was made for. The author, Nikitaa, was apparently banned as a result. That's all I know. I think I've seen her work before, and it looked very good, although I haven't used any of it. She created things for CBBE I believe. She must have made some kind of error after all this time. What a shame. Wasn't Nikitaa the same one that made the Succubus race and outfit ports?
Kendo 2 Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Mistake #1; uploading Loli content. Mistake #2; uploading to Nexus. Both of those on their own invites disaster. Combined into one action, they are an on-line death sentence.
Effie Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 They outright banned her for it? Nexus moderating is horrible... banned for uploading a loli nude body. That seems a rightful ban to me tbh. Is CBPE even a child body? it just looks exactly like CBBE slim that you can download from CBBE on nexus, just with like sliiiightly tweeking in bodyslide. It's just like the option to download UNP slim. She might call it loli, but still that body has bigger tits that unp skinny on lowest weight .-. And hell, that body has bigger breasts on lowest weight than i do, and i'm 23 ; A;
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 I've never seen the mod. I only knew about it from this post. I know she had her own body replacer. Is that the same one we're talking about here?

Her body replacer CBPE at least was exactly the same size on lowest weight as CBBE slim is on lowest weight. At least that's her body replacer she usually makes conversions for, so i assume that's the one in questions unless she recently within 2 weeks made a second body replacer that she also calls loli. They outright banned her for it? Nexus moderating is horrible... banned for uploading a loli nude body. That seems a rightful ban to me tbh. It might be it was called loli, but do not forget loli is also used often as short for "lolita" which is online just used for a style that immitates the "youth". But doesn't necessarily mean that the people using that is actually loli xD Lots of people dress loli irl (since it's become an increasinly popular fashion style in the west) :b I just thin that if it doesn't even look like a child body like x117 does, then there's no need to ban it over a popular term that is used.
Effie Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 CBPE is like the yoga version of CBBE. Rofl it's kinda true
Rayblue Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 BTW, CBPE is also in the current version of Bodyslide. It's unfortunate that the author did the wrong choice of name, when "teen" or "young" could've been more appropriate, given the SJW nature of some Nawksus users.
Storms of Superior Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Does anyone have the CBPE mod? I seem to have lost it somehow. Actually, I found a MO folder with the CBPE textures, meshes, and meta file. Should a body mod like that have an .esp?
Shadowhawk827 Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 BTW, CBPE is also in the current version of Bodyslide. It's unfortunate that the author did the wrong choice of name, when "teen" or "young" could've been more appropriate, given the SJW nature of some Nawksus users. As I've said in other threads, the Nexus is the biggest Modding site out there. THAT puts a HUGE bullseye on it in terms of lawsuits for copyright violations, and legal action from some law enforcement official somewhere looking to make a name for themself. "Lolita" is a term based on a 1955 book about an under-aged girl that seduces an older man, so it's synonymous with pedophilia. Has been for 60 years. THAT is one of those things that law enforcement goes nuts over. And since we have so many SJWs here, I'll clarify my meaning; Going Nuts meaning taking a heavy handed guilty until proven innocent approach. Hopefully THAT will keep me from having to add morons to my ignore list again. Even with Anime, it has to be specified that the cartoon girls are 18 or older, no matter how old they look or how big their boobs are. The Nexus does nothing about something labelled that way, and they're legally guilty of conspiracy to spread child porn. And yes, the laws ARE that heavy handed and overly broad. It's defensive moderating brought about by people over-reacting to a hot button issue and wanting everyone and everything associated thrown under the jail. A great example is an OLD case back in the 80s. It ran fro 1984 to 1987 actually. The McMartin Preschool was a private preschool run by a family. Everyone in the family from the grandmother on down was accused of molesting the kids attending the school. They were crucified in the media for almost 3 years, ruined financially, numerous death threats, etc... It took till 1987 and going to trial to FINALLY have it disclosed that the FBI had coached all the kids and rewarded them for testimony saying they were molested. The case was finally thrown out and the entire family acquitted. McMartin Preschool Case After 3 years of being smeared non-stop by every media outlet in the country though, the family's reputation was ruined and they were bankrupt. SOOOOO, if you wonder why the Nexus gets heavy handed, there's your reason. Keep in mind also that there MAY be other issues art play here also, like stolen meshes or textures. Moderators rarely disclose reasons for bans because people are going to bitch no matter what.
Yami X Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 CBPE is like the yoga version of CBBE. Okay this made me laugh harder than I should have my chest hurts...

Regardless, the author made a terrible mistake of turning her/his mod into an unintended vigilante target by using the wrong words to describe it. Yeah, the more Nexus becomes mainstream the more it has to clean up its content (or should I say, washed down) to make it more acceptable to everyone else including teens, and that includes weeding out offensive content.
sila Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I saw this thread and just immediately went to check her page on Nexus. I can still download her mods,but her profile has her listed as banned. Quite some mods from her got removed though. A pity since she has a few nice armor/clothing mods. This was her latest addition and also got banned, and no it doesn't contain nudity, but apprently when u tag it as "loli clothing" it's worthy of banning over at the nexus. (a little skimpy yeah, but no nudity) She got banned for that....?
vipermagi Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Before the rest of my post, I wish to clearly outline I am playing the "Devil's Advocate" game. The following opinions do not reflect my actual. The Nexus as a website is in a specific and precarious position of offering user generated content to the public at large in lue of a corporations such as Bethesda and others. In order to continue to maintain their position in t he public eye, they have to appear to follow certain legal guidelines (the keyword is appear, the actuality is irrelevant). Big hit button topics such as child pornography, sex (albeit to a lesser extent), and human trafficking are major topics the nexus can not allow to be on their website. This is exactly why you can see some mods exist that clearly violate these "norms," but simply haven't been on the front page, their support topic is small // has no moderator action on it, as long as you can functionally not exist, you can get away with existing. Furthermore, in their attempt to maintain this image, because it is more important than actual reality, they take draconian action, because anything else would allow people to falsely accuse them of being soft or lenient towards the aforementioned hot button topics in the media, which the nexus could not survive.

Smokermegadrive Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I know that dress, its on oblivion and fallout nexus since some yearsstill they ban her for porting into skyrim? that's a bit hipocrital or they have a very special priority for skyrim
Eiries Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Yesterday she updated CBPE with a new file and changed the name of the mod to "Skyrim Loli Body Edition" (SLBE or some shit.) It featured a new 0 weight body mesh quite obviously depicting a childlike form, making sure several times to state in the description "don't post pictures of this body in a pornographic manner." Nude images were featured and, just to add to the pile of nonsense, she didn't even have the file set to Adult. Little Carmine dress was the first (and last) port Nikitaa released to the Nexus featuring the updated body. She was banned for the body, not the dress. The dress marked SLBE as a prerequisite though, so it along with every other CBPE-based outfit was removed.
