I have to ask it is still gamebryo? Or it is gmod/something else. I can't tell, modles look like from gamebryo but making poses with it would be like scrathing an eye with fucking showel.

What you're seeing is NewVegas with custom image spaces, cell templates and lights.  I've practically redone the whole game to get rid of the horrible vanilla light schemes.  I've also done several config tweaks http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/new-vegas-tweak-guide#1

 

As for the poses, I have my own esp with all of the animations and poses I use.  It isn't that hard.

The outfits are playable, but not for upload.  I get them to the point where they work and that's it.  The cells I'm using as sound stages are just that, stages.  If you look behind the back drops there is nothing there.

Nice first issue, though like most episode 1's its pretty meh, but that is normal even for printed comics from anywhere.

 

Issue 2 has me more interested as more of the ermm, plot will be revealed
