Not directly, Rule The World will have a different NPC creation system based on genetics reproductions.

 

If I get motivation and if I have time, the way will be to develop an add-on making Sexout Pregnancy Interacting with RTW (or integrate it in sexout stuff). To note that anybody wanting to do this, even continue the current sex add-on, is welcome and can PM me

SexoutSex is now recognized.

 

If present, sex dialog from this mod for the employees and slaves are disabled and SexoutSex dialog are enabled.

 

Be careful, for now I can't find how to forbid SexoutSex having sex with any NPC so in certain circumstances it can provoque side effects specially if a slave is occupied (for example in training or in job).

 

The better way to have secure sex is to command the slave to stay (stopping what it does) and after have sex with it.

Best way to block an NPC is to add it to the Sexout form list SexoutListRestrictedActor. Add it to reserve the NPC. Remove it when that NPC is no longer required.
