great mod loving it so far, the only issue i have with it is that you have to manually build a list of undies for npcs to wear.  would it be possible to make it so the mod searches item ids and makes a list of appropriate undies for you to toggle(ie. sos underwear, and any other mods you mention in your post) or would that be too much work? (i don't know how to mod so i have no idea)

 

anyway looking forward to see what you do next!

Well, sorry but still didn't work for me: the McM recognizes the clothe on the ground but when I click it to add it in McM, nothing appears in female-male sections.

 

PS: Still one of my top 20 mods just with firt look ! Thx to share it to us !

Yeah I have the same problem. In the menu only Female0 or Male0 shows up with no selection avaiable. Since I installed the mod however, whenever I loot a male body they have underpants as long as I am in the Inventory screen. As soon as I exit the pants disappear and they are nude again

I don't think it possible, I would either have to build some kind of database of every possible underwear, and still I don't know if it would possible while not requiring them, or force other moders to use some kind of keyword on their item, but many moders don't even put keywords such as ArmorClothin, ArmorCuirass, ClothingBody.

Are you sure you have installed JContainers? Not having JContainers could explain that problem, I should make some visual notification when its missing. If its the case then you should load save before installing UnderPants because when its initialise for first time it create data structures with JContainers where it store inforation about underwear.

I think that  disabling underpants esp, load game, save, exit game, enable underpants esp, load new save should be sufficient, but I never thoroughly tested uninstallation.

I just tried uninstalling, cleaning the save of all related scripts with save tool, and re-installing.

 

The only way the mod works now is if I use Sexlab Defeat to take an enemy's armor.

 

It does not work when looting corpses, stealing armor, or anything.

 

I do not see any kind of errors in the papyrus log or any indication of why it wouldn't be working. :c

It is very easy to add underwears to the mod.

 

It would be downright illogical for a modder to spend many hours putting together underwear packs and getting permissions from mod authors so you don't have to spend five seconds downloading an underwear you like an adding it to the mod.

No wonder you're having trouble, you're trying to find the underwears manually, lol.

 

Just install the mods you want, spawn the underwears you want to add in your inventory using the console command:

help "underwear name or part of the underwear name" 4

player.placeatme <underwear formid's from above command> 1

Target them, add them in the MCM, and you're done. 

 

You do not need to have mods that have a shop, you do not need to go find every underwear in the game. What an odd adventure that would be.

 

I keep thinking this is common knowledge, but I forget that most people don't realize that Skyrim's console is the most useful roleplaying tool I have ever used.

Well so far your mod is the only one I know of that works this way. I was just trying to figure out way to give everyone specific undies, while they sleep. I thought that this mod might work with sleep tight, but that just makes them completely nude. It would also be cool if you assigned factions to the clothing, that way you don't see forsworn wearing upper class garments.

 

About different underwear for faction, like Forsworn, what are other big faction you would like to have?

Probably obvious choice would be: Forsworn, Imperial Legion, Stormcloaks, VampireFaction, Thalmor, WarlockFaction.

Total number of in game factions is about 1600, so I cannot support all, even SkyUI won't display such bug list.

Dynamical adding by scanning npc and finding his faction won't work, Faction[] GetFactions(int minRank, int maxRank) work only with beta version of SKSE and I don't want to force people to use beta.

 

Well I would say you have default which effects every faction not listed. Then the ones you have listed and I would add in. Orc, Witches, and bandits. Or something along those lines.

I have not tried this mod yet but I plan to. Though from looking at the images the one thing I would like to see if it could be done is this.

 

Have the underwear already listed in the inventory before they are stripped. That might not be doable since I know it is set to equip them once the armor is removed and if you have them listed and hit loot all it might take them as well which partially defeats the purpose of this mod.

 

Also how does this work with sexlab mods. If they unequip armor etc for sex does this equip the underwear or does it keep them naked?

Well i have same problem as  ~magic~  ...... Underwear never appears on dead npcs, underwear have been added to both genders and i can see it in MCM menu, nude chance is 5 for both gendrs. I dont know whats wrong.

This mod seems to work well for me. It even adds underwear when you pickpocket a npc.

 

The only problem I've encountered is that the underwear itself is (in my case) pretty valuable, thus I have to keep myself from stealing the underwear as that would undo the purpose of this mod.
