The original Deus Ex is one of the most critically acclaimed shooter/RPG hybrids of all-time. In 2011, Eidos-Montreal resurrected the dormant franchise with Human Revolution, giving the series an updated look while remaining true to the player choice-driven gameplay. Eidos-Montreal knew its game wasn’t perfect, and has worked to improve the series' combat systems and boss encounters for the latest entry in the series – Mankind Divided.

Saw this today, I played the first one a lot and the first time I got to the end I almost punched my monitor! another mass effect shit ending! I was so pissed, I then played the directors cut when it came out and was not impressed by the so called improved boss fights they were not really any different. The thing I hated the most more than the shit ending was the OCD fest this game was with stuff lying around everywhere. Kept picking up everything thinking I would need it the first time I played through and realized only later I could have just gone through the whole game with the stun gun and some candy bars:-(

 

The new game had better not suck, I am sick and tired of shitty games. There needs to be something really big and expansive like mass effect but without a shitty ending and no political PSAs thrown in tor increased sales. I don't want to hear about another gay dude boo hooing over his whatever that was killed by the reapers boo fuckin hoo! I hate that shit. Leave the politically charged shit out of the dam game and just make some good story but nope, EA will probably make another pile of shit only this time origin is even further involved eeeeeewwww:-( probably gonna find another fat chubby girl to exaggerate further and elude to delusions of blowjobs too haha! butter face FTL.

 

So all we have is this little addon/next game in the deus ex series. It would have been better to leave jensen out and play as someone else, bring jensen back later as an npc you have to work with or something. I really hate the sneaking/not really sneaking stuff I wanna see some action not a bunch of crap dialogue. I don't want to beg some dam npc to let me into a door or look at some offensive stupid idea of what french programmers think black homeless people should look like. Even worse, crawl through some huge office hacking desk drawers and computers for credits.

You have all this hate towards something and you've voiced your concerns, but you're not willing to redirect that energy into something useful. You could be doing something about it, like create your own vision for the perfect video game. Instead, you decide to ramble and delineate around the subject with non-nonsensical drivel, furthering yourself from any credibility.

 

You want nothing but action and no dialogue? Play CoD or watch a Michael Bay movie. This is a series that people like for what it is, and you're going to have to come to terms with that.
