Problem is, "best" is subjective.

The answers usually boil down to "install Sexlab and then look at the Index thread."

 

It all depends on what you want... pregnancy, animal sex, storyline, instant sex...

Matchmaker adds spells to the player. Cast one on yourself, the other on a target, and sex begins. Or two targets, threesomes, etc.

Radiant Prostitution is more dialog-based, and the player takes the role of a prostitute.

I believe that Romance might be more what you're looking for... dialog options to initiate sex.

If you read the whole thing, then you would of found tons of mods to intiate sex. There is a bunch of them listed, so you didn't read anything.

 

But since you don't want to look for yourself, go here:

 

SexLab Romance and/or SexLab MatchMaker. The easiest mods to intiate sex and are listed right there on both of those pages I linked. Romance intiates sex via dialogue, MatchMaker initates sex via spells.

Seriously, Aggressive Prostitution will let you initiate sex with most NPC's and make money.  IF you have a follower, you can pimp them also.  In both cases you get to watch.  I have had no problems with running this at all.

 

To add animal sex you can get Beastess or Untamed (iirc) (or even Animal Mansion which is more limited in scope).  Both give you buffs from seducing animals.  I haven't played Untamed, but Beastess works well most of the time.  There were problems with the beast hunting quest, though it works for most people now.  I suggest having a Calm spell with this, since the mating call does not tame all the critters in range.  Also figure out how to cancel a scene in SexLab so you don't die while being mated.

 

Almost all of the sex mods use SexLab, and SexLab has control keys you can remap to the number pad to group them together.  They allow you to adjust the actor positions of each phase of a scene and will save the data for future use.  I turned off auto-advance of phases in a scene so I have time to make all the adjustments for that phase.  It may be a bit tedious to try and get positions as good as possible, but it improves the final result.  Once you have most of them adjusted you can change settings to auto-advance phases.  I also suggest reducing the time in each phase at least 25 to 40% or each scene will take nearly two minutes real time and much more in game time.  (I may have gotten the terminology wrong, but you can figure it out while in mod configuration)

 

Be careful to get all required mods.  I find having the sex mods fairly low in your list helps prevent them glitching.  Pick one texture format and stick with it, they don't mix very well.  I use CBBE but it is rather old.  UNP and some others are very popular now.
