I'm having trouble setting up a brothel. I did finally get 1 established but..

1. I had already added 3 whores when KW prompted me to do so.

2. I can't hire those 3 though they now work out of the brothel.

3. I used nras master controller to make the 3 whores my active household and made them quit their jobs.

4. I switched back to my household but still can't hire those 3.

 

KW still thinks the 3 whores are active. I had to raise the max number allowed to 5 in order to hire 2 new girls but it's the original 3 I want. Any ideas?

I've never used the brothel feature, but here's something to try: add them to your household again and then have them quit the callgirl service.  It's not the same as quitting their jobs.  I believe it's in the phone menu somewhere.

 

I once married a call girl and had a hell of a time getting the calls to stop until I found that option.

Thanks for the suggestion. I added the girls to my household and used the phone to 'quit callgirl service's but it had no effect. The option to quit doesn't go away from the menu & no feedback is given about the action. If I disable callgirl service in KW settings, the option goes away but nothing else changes.

Also, if I have them quit the job, I do get  message after doing so but I a menu option exists in the Sims menu to 'start whoring even after quitting the profession. Thanks again though.

Whenever I try to unpack the newest version I get a message that "file 7zxa.dll cannot be opened". 
Anyone knows what's wrong or at least how to fix it?

Whatever you're using to decompress the file is messed up.  7zxa.dll is a library file that programs can use to decompress 7zip files.  I don't see it on my old Windows partition, so I don't think 7zip itself uses it.  That means that your system is trying to use a program besides 7zip to decompress this file.

 

Either reinstall the program that's trying to decompress this file or download and install 7zip.  7zip is free (it's GPL) and I've never heard of anyone having issues with it.

Hi! I 'm about to try KW on my TS3, but first I have a few questions I would like to ask..

1)Does it require nraas career and  nraas mastercontroller to work? 

2)Is it compatible if I'll install KW with nraas career v87, nraas mastercontroller, nraas woohooer and dudeyochill's PHcareerpack 1.2?

3)Is it also compatible with nraas storyprogression?

4)Can I make my teen sim work as a prostitute? And can my teen sim have an adult customer?

2.it's compatible with mastercontroller and woohooer, but i'm not sure about Nraas career or the career pack.

3. It's compatible but it can slow down your game if you run both. It depends on  your computer.

You don't need MC or Careers.  Of course, why you'd want to run without MC is beyond me.  I don't use Careers so I can't say about its compatibility.

 

If you don't use MC, you will need a way to reset sims.  There are a couple bugs in KW that can cause sims to freeze (related to toilets, mostly).  If you send your sim to the bathroom and they just stand there forever, it's the KW bug.  It's fixed in the Patreon version, supposedly.

 

There have been issues reported with Woohooer, but other people say it runs just fine.  I don't use Woohooer so I can't say.

 

StoryProgression works fine with it for the most part, although I believe that it's aging up some of the KW NPCs that shouldn't be aged.  If you play for more than a couple generations, this might give you error messages occasionally but it won't crash.  If you look at my posts, I posted a list of KW NPCs - you can just create a caste for them in StoryProgression and set them to not age.  Also, there was a conflict with the StoryProgression Careers package (not NRaas Careers) - no idea if it's still there, but it's best not to install that.

 

I'd recommend ErrorTrap with the DisableDereferencing tuning (look at the first post on here).  It's handy for catching problems and gives you nice bug reports in your Sims 3 folder.

 

If you don't have Woohooer, teens can still do kinky actions (everything required for prostitution, for instance) with other teens or adults.  You do have to turn teen interactions on in the config.

 

Some of the regular romantic options between teens and adults show up for me without Woohooer.  I don't know if this is KW's doing or what.  I haven't used any of them because I have Awesome Mod installed and you really don't want to try that with Awesome installed.

I forgot to mention - KW has a modeling/porn career (although the actual porn part of it isn't implemented yet) as well as prostitution via self-employed careers.  You are given the option to choose prostitutes for the town or register one of your sims as a prostitute.  The prostitution career has advancement of a sort; as you build reputation, you charge more money, go to more select venues, and aren't hassled by the cops.

 

That's in addition to the bordello system, where you can run your own whorehouse.

 

So the PHcareerpack probably isn't necessary.

NRaas Careers may or may not be compatible.  I don't know.  I don't run it and haven't heard any complaints from people about it.  I assume it's fine.  If you want to run it, go for it.

So I installed KinkyWorld months ago but can't figure out how or if it's even possible for sims to NOT gain relationship value. Every time my sim has sex with someone they automatically go from acquaintance to best friends. I no that the passions mod has the option to turn off this feature but was just wondering if KinkyWorld did to

I have both NRaas Careers and StoryProgression Careers installed, and do not have any problems.

 

If you use Kinky High School, there can be issues with the Careers school stuff for sending teens to art school, business school, etc., in the rabbit holes. It is not really conflicts so much as the fact that teens will go to those schools instead of showing up in your Kinky school. You can disable those in settings, or tune stuff through things like Story Progession castes so that teens go where you want instead.

Going by past history, I'd expect a public release in the next couple months.

 

If you want the latest version, you gotta become a patron.  The patrons that post on here do say that the Patreon versions tend to be buggy, though (the patrons are the beta testers, more or less).  That means the latest Patreon version might introduce more bugs than it fixes.

I looked around a bit in the obvious places in the mod package and couldn't find any place where the relationship change amount was set, so I'm guessing it's hard-coded.  I could be wrong though - I'm not a modder.

I'd personally consider that a conflict, but that's just splitting hairs.

 

You mind posting how you go about setting things so that KW schools and SP Careers don't conflict?  I'm sure there'd be a lot of interested people in here, including myself since I kind of miss it.

You might've gotten this question a hundred billion times but I downloaded everything and put them in the mods > packages folder. Nooothing is showing up. I'm doing something wrong and the solution is probably really obvious. Please help lol

1) How will I know if my sim already level up in woohoo skill?

2) Where can I find the woohoo skill level? Is located together with the other skills like athletic and writing and etc.?

Since you haven't given us any real information, I'm going to assume you're new to Sims 3 mods.  You have to have the mod framework installed correctly to use mods on Sims 3.

 

modthesims.info is a good place to start.  When you go there, do Help -> Sims 3 Game Help - TS3 CC Basics.  This page has information on mods in general.  Toward the bottom is a link titled "Installing Sims 3 Package Files."  That will take you to instructions on installing the framework.  Note that if you're using a disk install (as opposed to an Origin install), you don't need (or want) to patch past 1.67.

 

If you run other mods and they work fine, then the problem is something else.  We'd need more information about your setup to troubleshoot it.

Woohoo, Zoolover, and Exhibition are just regular non-hidden skills.  They show up in your skill tab.

 

You can learn the Woohoo skill from watching TV (Kinky One, Kinky Gay, or Kinky Lesbian), reading books (Office Mating), having lots of sex, or watching other people have sex (although that's slower, and you actually have to click them and select Watch).
