I'm currently having issues with this mod. It is not showing up at all. Literally. I had the original mod and it worked. Recently something happened to my computer and everything was deleted. I decided to start anew. I have everything that is recommended, all of the updated mods. Then I start up the game and I wait. I have the household playing and doing everything normally. I know with the older versions you had to wait for a bit then the message appears saying welcome and to wait til it completely installed. With the new updated mod it does not do that. I play the game normally waiting for it to go, but it never appears. Do i need to disable something in my game or whatnot?  

 

Quick question - when you click on a sim, does the word "kinky" show up in the pie menu at all?

 

No. Once I click my sim everything is like normal. Kinky does not show up in the 'pie' menu. Literally shows as if the mod does not exists in my game.

 

 

check in your sims 3 documents (the area before you put the mods) and look at a few of the xml files that have script error in the name look through them and look for #2: 0x000f0 call in Oniki.Oniki.Main:Start () () in one of them.

However, I believe I shall refine the question:

I understand that it's a lifecycle thing; s/he has to be far enough into being a teenager to get horny. What value does the mod use to track this?

I've used MasterController to raise his age to right before aging up. Nothing.

I've tried it both with and without aging enabled in the options menu. Nothing. (I do "epic" length ages either way because I don't like to start a romance with someone who suddenly turns into a granny the next day)

I haven't tried it with vanilla story progression enabled but that just seems to be the very definition of superfluous to this.

 

Conclusion:

The game possibly keeps track of a sim's days lived on a separate counter from their days left to age up, and I can't figure out how to affect the former.

Alternatively, KW tracks the days on its own proprietary timer, and I really can't figure out how to affect it.

Does KW track teen age based on a timer separate from the days to age up timer?

Will teens work with aging disabled, or are they forever stuck as virgins?

Is my problem caused by the epic age length? In which case, if a days lived timer is used rather than days left, I could get it working with a simple slider.

There should be a setting in the KW menu that turns actions on for teens.  (It's off by default.)

First make sure you have the option for teens enabled in kinkysettings.

teasing and revealing clothes and other sims going at it like bunnys around them seems to work most times....or you could cheat:

either with nraas MC, advanced, skillsoption and cheat the woohooskill and exhibitionskill to whatever you like....

or go to kinkysettings again: the last option there michiesomethingdon`tknowhowtospellit. Find debug and set it to true or active. Go back to your sim, click the celibate teen and find kinky debug. lots of options now. You can give the teen a slut or pervertflag (maxes the woohooskill i think) etc. or always accept on (all the sims accept every kinky requests)

the teen flag was on already--guess i should mentioned that--and it still wasn't working.

wanted to do it without debugging into always accepting but if that's what must be done...

 

still, going to test exactly which value it uses to determine age; if it uses days lived then I think I can do it with aging turned off since I discovered the game counts that (ask a sim how old they are) even with aging disable.

I set up a new world with a shorter life cycle. Will report refined results.

No change at all, even tried on a different computer with just the bare minimum to get kinkyworld 2.6 to work and still doesnt work, however 2.5a still does which leads me to suspect it could be an issue with 2.6 and patch 1.69 since on both computers the game was downloaded and installed through origin, the only other issue I can think of would that it could be a missing requirement but I dont think the requirements have changed since 2.5a.

 

 

I've heard that it is possible to downgrade to 1.67, but I don't recall if it works with Origin. If it does work, you'd then need to disable automatic updates to prevent this from happening again. Maybe try that and see if 2.6 will work for you?

Deimos, I play in a windows surface pro 2, core i5, intel graphics 8gb ram, and it is running i think maybe u have misse one of the requirements, i just dont have supernatural, island and jump to fame expansions and a lot of accesories, maybe u should see wa u have missing from the guide to check in a lista wa u have, jus saying, it happens when one rushes to try it gain, it happens to me in skyrim a lot. good luck bud

Deimos, I play in a windows surface pro 2, core i5, intel graphics 8gb ram, and it is running i think maybe u have misse one of the requirements, i just dont have supernatural, island and jump to fame expansions and a lot of accesories, maybe u should see wa u have missing from the guide to check in a lista wa u have, jus saying, it happens when one rushes to try it gain, it happens to me in skyrim a lot. good luck bud

 Good luck with downgrading. I tried that and could not get it to work. Origin now uses a starter pack, so when you uninstall the base game you lose a couple expansions and some stuff packs. So unless you own late night and generations on disc you might not be able.

 

 I am able to confirm the latest patch of 1.69 (there's 2 versions) and KW's latest version 2.6 does work. As far as getting a mod script confirmation screen before loading a save I no longer get one with KW 2.6.

 

 Pets is the only expansion required by this mod. You have to double check if its actually working in the launcher. Try toggling the checkmark on and off also check if it show up in origin as being installed. You might also try to repair the game by right clicking the box in origin just make sure you remove mods when you do.

Pets actually isn't needed to get the mod to work, you just need the Sims 3 1.67.

 

Pets is only a requirement if you want to use the Pets features in KW, but I doubt anyone would be dumb enough to think the mod would add the Pets features without Pets.

 

I tried it once without Pets and it works perfectly fine, in fact better since Pets just spawns tons of useless strays.

 

But if you're into bestiality, you're going to want Pets.

 

If you have Pets and want this mod but aren't into bestiality, KW has a setting to disable the animal features, thankfully.

I am playing with origin sims3, patched to latest version, patreon KW. started new sims3folder by renaming it, added no other mods then what is required to make kw work-no nraas. playing in sunset valley. and it works like a charm. 

 

Tried it with more mods (not very modded only nraas mc,traffic,career and homeopener, a yogarug, nostircrazymod, icarusallsortsservemeal, nona_superhampermod/script, nointromaxis, consortdresscodesign, arsilspunchbowl, some hair makeup and clothes.) And started up my favourite custom world(fleabottom) And all hell broke loose.

1. rape did not work (the burgler did rob my house, but no rapists or rapes happening in town)
2. constant error messages for all sims, both made and npcs; panties preset error.
3. the schoolbus came to their house but the teens never managed to ride it to school. The teachers never showed up either.

 

so yeah-doubt downgrading will help.....

 

I`ll start up the first sunset valley folder tomorrow and try to add one and one mod to possibly find out what is causing it to break.

Also, if your teen happens to be a witch she can learn a horny curse that will make a sim agree to woohoo with your sim.  Of course your sim will either nwwd to be in the mood or you'll have to have autonomy set to low so she'll also accept.  I suppose you may also be able to curse yourself, but I've never tried that.

So 2 out of 3 Questions were answered for my previous post, so I will refine the questions and since I do not find a way to "fix" these things I will state them as bugs for the time being as well as some "new" additions:

 

1. Whenever a Sim enters the "Dream" State due to arousel during getting into the bed, meaning sleeping over the covers he/she will decide to stand up in the middle of the night, trying to initiate a wohoo action with whoever is sleeping in the same bed, which results in a reset of both sims. Sometimes the bed is unusable after that, meaning they will constantly reset if they try to sleep in this bed. Neither "unlocking" the object or the sims can fix this. You have to rebuy the bed. No Scripterror is recorded regarding to this so nothing I can show here.

 

2.The issue with the "non-satisfaction" randomly occurs with normal interactions: One of the sims gets the "wohoo" moodlet for 24 h and the other one gets nothing and even will stay "aroused". I have to let them go at it 4-5 times until the script kicks in correctly. Otherwise I will risk the aforementioned bug.

 

3. This is more a question: for my lesbian couple (Teens at the moment) the animation sequences seem to not work quite correctly. They will always stop at the Oraljob stage, which means no "wohoo" moodlet and no Satisfaction for them as long as I do not manually make them have Vaginal or Anal intercourse. This problem seems to be bound only to the action "Wohoo.Interaction" which let's them start in the Teasing Stage. It is also impossible to change the position from there if they are on a bed or on any other Object. This problem seems to affect NPC Sims, too. They worked perfectly in the version before this one.

 

4. If I try to Kinky.Dance on a counter it always states "Entrance blocked" . If I remove objects around it(Chairs, lamps) the interaction simply vanishes.

 

Edit: 5. The Wohoo duration seems to be tied to the position, so if you have a loop animation by the animators it is possible to have sex over the course of up to 10 hours, depending on what time settings you have. Mine a currently minimum duration at 5 minutes and max duration at 10 minutes, which still results in 2-3 h marathons if I do not intervene. Is there a possibility to tie the duration to the whole ordeal or have the animations set values on their duration?

Strange enough I installed just kinky 2.6 with nothing else and fired up sunset valley and didnt get any script error xml's with just kinky world which is wierd because the script errors flag kinky world as the cause, i'll start going through my mods adding them 1 by 1 until I find a culprit, though I think I'll install my download content then try again.

they stuck all the time up there even if i reset sim sooner or later it will be back and they can not return home  see picture

Also, is it possible to remove part of Kinkyworld without removing all of it, and without breaking it?  All I am interested in is the exhibition, animated woohoo, and rape service.  If the rest (like the entire woohoo desire system) is adding to the delay time, I'm not particularly against removing it.

I think  you might be right,Deimos. I think the rabbitholerugs are doing something...

 

Since you already had mentioned it I figured i`d test that one first, and i did indeed start to get some errors. School still worked somewhat(lunch being served, but not eaten and I had to manually direct my household (two teachers, 1 teen-pupil) to school-but teachers were in class and pupils were attending them) Only tested for one day so it needs more testing. will test some more after work.

delete all houseboats.

 

delete the Ichtaka-castlelike-home.

 

delete all Resorts.

 

You can put the families in any empty house, if you want to keep them.

I had accidently upgrading to that 1.69 as well. At the time I didn't know about any thing to download grade. I saw it changed from 1.67 to 1.69 immediately so I did a system restore. It got rid of the update completely and didn't lose anything from my game. Only problem was a mod caused an error that can be bypassed. I played with it that way for quite a while. I just recently a couple weeks got rid of it. You can't get rid of that error just by moving your files and restarting the game for a quick fix. I had to completely go in and usinstall all of my packs and reinstall everything. Now the error is gone, my game is back at 1.67 version, origin is set not to do auto updates and I keep origin offline. Maybe this will help if you are trying to get rid of the recent update.

If you have Nraas error trap, remove it.  Error Trap started causing brief freezes and lag a few versions ago and I'm not sure if 2.5a and 2.6 resolved the conflict between the two mods or of its still present. 

 

Its really hard to troubleshoot the lag others suffer since it can be a mod conflict, or it can be an expansion.  Some expansions cause a lot of lag for some, while they don't cause any for others.  But if you do have Error Trap remove it.. and try using a different town.  I think its the one that comes with Supernatural that has the least amount of lag, can't remember its name though.

Its really hard to troubleshoot the lag others suffer since it can be a mod conflict, or it can be an expansion.  Some expansions cause a lot of lag for some, while they don't cause any for others.  But if you do have Error Trap remove it.. and try using a different town.  I think its the one that comes with Supernatural that has the least amount of lag, can't remember its name though.

Turn EA`s off and remove NraasSP.

This may not be related to your issue, but I recently had lag of this type and realized that I hadn't seen any rapes in a loooong time. So I disabled the rape service (plus the other two services) and it stopped. After disabling the service, I also used MC to reset all burglars. I've also had to disable the high school feature a few times. So my suggestion is to start disabling Kinky features or turn it off altogether, then reset all sims to see if that helps.
