BEEEEEEEEEES Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 I've been trying to download LAPF 1.6a1, but WinRAR and 7zip refuse to do anything with the archive, telling me the archive is "corrupt" or "can't be opened", respectively. Tried redownloading, nothing happened (the re-downloaded .zips were progressively smaller???), and also saving to desktop rather than Temp. What's going on, here?

About to try this. Also, trying to access the download page for Lovers Creatures 2.0 is giving me internal server errors.

This has to be some kind of error with the site or something; I downloaded it over two different connections on two different computers and got the same error. The most conspicuous thing I've noticed is that every time I try to download the archive, the filesize is wildly different between downloads. The first archive I downloaded on the first computer was 19.7 MB, whereas the first one I downloaded on the second computer was just 207 KB, despite downloading from the same source.

Make sure you have the latest version of 7zip If you have an old version, it will give you errors. Don't EVER use winzip or winrar as they won't work.
myuhinny Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I don't think it has anything to do with winrar or winzip I use winrar without any problem at all most of the time I also use 7zip and uniextractor. I think it is a download issue. I tried downloading Lovers Creatures Beta1 - Part1 and Lovers Creatures Beta1 - Part2 earlier today part1 downloaded fine part 2 downloaded bad and only had something like 30 kilobytes in it. I downloaded it later and got the whole thing.
