I just realized that I've never finished her quests. Now I made them, and the bug just disappeared. I guess that was the reason.
mcdyn Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 I found out that if you allow Vanessa to smoke all the time (much further ahead after several quests have been completed), this priority animation of her crossing her arms ends, and she allows herself to have sex with any NPC or PC without this issue
