Animations taking too long to start

Hello, I don't know yet how to send the papyrus log to you, so sory about that.

 

The problem that i'm having, is that every time that i have to start some sexlab animation, it takes about 30 seconds for the character stop, than more 30 seconds for the character undress and the other actor teleport to the place that the my character is, and then more 30 seconds just playing the sounds and making the characters start to play the animations, and then it takes more time for the characters align correctly and then, When I hit to change animations or hit space for to animation go to the next stage, I have even more delay for it to happen.

 

What could cause this problem?

You will have to post the whole debug log if you want any actual help

 

As a pre-emptive troubleshoot suggestion before you post your full debug log:

• If your debug log is more than a megabyte after just loading your save game and immediately trying to start a sexlab scene, than sexlab is not your problem, clean your fucking save file. 
• Certain mods are known to make sexlab startup slower. So disable ALL sexlab mods EXCEPT SexLab.esm, and enable/install SexLabMatchMaker.esp as well. If with just these two sexlab related mods installed scenes start up regularly without delay, add your other SexLab mods back one by one until your find the cause.

If you're using Wrye Bash, open it up, right-click any of the tabs at the top (right where it says File - Installer - Modified - etc), then "List Mods" on the new menu that pops up. I don't use NMM so I'm not sure how it works there. Alternatively, you could always screenshot and post it.

I had read the "Support and Troubleshoting post" before posting my question, but I found that someone already had this problem once and that it was easy to fix.  
I already found out how to get my log and now I'm just rebuilding the "Requiem SkyProch" to start the game again and get the log. in the meantime, I will post my load order:

I have a problem that sometimes I have to create a new game before loading my actual save.

Instead of making a new game to get to the save you want just load a older save and then once that one is loaded then bring up the screen and load up the save that you want.

I also do this sometimes, but i have the Alternate Start, so its esier to just create a new game and press R to leave the character creation than  look for an older save. I was looking at my Log File and it looks like that the function "REQ_ArrowWeight.OnItemAdded()" is called a lot of times, can be this the problem? If it is, will I have to delete the "Requiem for Skyrim" mod?

Your problem appears to be Requiem. The shear number of potential issues that this mod introduces, simply because is covers so many areas of the game, make it very unlikely you'll find a quick fix here.

 

If you are determined to use that mod I would recommend working through the installation instructions very carefully and read the guides in full. Pay particular attention to the "Important Information Material". You may also try searching for those REQ errors you see in that log in the Requiem support thread on Nexus.

You're right, I think it was requiem, because when disabled him and tryed again, the animation started almost instantly....

that's bad, because I really like that mod, can i fix it without desinstaling requiem?

I developed most of the SexLab updates from 1.50+ while having either Requiem 1.7 or 1.8 installed and never had any such issues. If you're positive Requiem is the source, then make sure you have it installed properly, are using any applicable compatibility patches, and aren't using any conflicting mods that heavily alter mechanics that requiem also alters.
