Ah these are really good questions, and something to be honest I really should have added into the description. I will be doing that very soon.

 

As for just quick notes, they're typically pretty reserved and like to keep to themselves. Some more paranoid than others. The ones who aren't are however quite loud, boisterous and boastful.

More than anything however, like magpies, they LOVE shiny things. So... they tend to hoard anything with any glimmer to it. Compulsively.

 

Regardless, all of them are Hedonistic by nature. They will seek out pleasure of any kind for any reason.

 

Racial Abilities: Longer time breath held underwater, the Khajiit "claw" ability.

As in terms of stats, they'll have high stats for Smithing, Magic, and Heavy Armour, but all round awkward stats otherwise.

 

They have no real hate for any of the races, except some of the... less trustworthy, elven subclasses. Also not so fond of Orcs, they being rather... unintelligent by their standards. Or so their knowledge of them is.

 

They actually are very open about sex and nudity, some of them by nature prefer to be walking about sans clothing. Especially males due to aspects of their anatomy that make several varieties of clothing very uncomfortable to them.

 

They're also no strangers to Prostitution. Pay them in shiny, get all the pussy/cock/whatever you could desire/ you want. They're a bit... stupid whenever pleasure comes into the picture, you know?

I dunno about the claw ability TBH, based on the pics, doesn't look like it really fits. They don't really look like they have actual fighting claws like the Khajiits do, but rather "grabbing claws" for easier gripping of slippery surfaces or fishes.

 

Perhaps a version of it that's only about 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4th as strong as the Khajiit claw? In exchange, I'd suggest a more fitting ability to add onto the longer breath time ability...

 

- Swift Swim: Cellans move 2x as fast underwater, 4x when not wearing anything, making water a much more convienient way of travel for the otter people.

Realism is good, but I'd still recommend some sort of stylistic approach as well. You want to put something in that is unique - though you're pretty much doing right now, anyway - that says "Hey, I made this mod." Know what I mean?

Realism is good, but I'd still recommend some sort of stylistic approach as well. You want to put something in that is unique - though you're pretty much doing right now, anyway - that says "Hey, I made this mod." Know what I mean?
