Devious Device Assets and Expansion Meshes for HDT 7B body

I just made some weight edits to the Corsets for DDi and I'm much happier with them.

This should completely get rid of some of the upper part clipping for standard movement animations.

There should also be minimal or really reduced or non-existant butt clipping for most animations, I only saw one animation clip that was a costume animation with magic drawn but my other animations for walking, running, and sprinting were awesome with the re-weight work I just did.

Enjoy,

And Im back into the game XD

So last night at 1am, I decided to end Restrictive Boots clipping once and for all.

I started over and used the original CBBE model for a base.

From there I tediously moved sliders with my mouse pointer.

Then I battled with stupid basic starter presets in outfit studio such as EDIT>Xmirror ><

From there an epic battle with proximity weight paint copy ensured specifically memorable moments with Studios poor Thigh Paint weights.

Alt button gave me serious issue's!

A very tiring experience my right hands index figure got tired with left click removeing bad weights on the thigh were it shouldnt be!

But in the end I prevailed!!!

Brought to you at the low low price of free to download!!!

Note revision works best with only base body of HDT 7B I believe my page provides this here, or on my Aradia page.  Also found on HDT 7B Blabba page.

Anyways your going to see clipping wearing an outfit cause uh implanted bodies in outfits are usually just crap sorry I said it they are freaking so many lazy 7B weight conversion jobs cause uh I don't know why, release stuff idk.

These should look really good naked!  Also may look better than former revisions on outfits but still might see a little clip here and there cause mentioned reasons.

Then it occurred to me that I probably should start over on Restrictive Corset and take similar steps to forever end back clipping which idk current work is extremely close to right now.

Did I mention its free >?

So I've been asked about where a good 7B replacer for vanilla outfits would be found now that Richterhk has pulled 7B HDT Remodeled Outfits from the Nexus during the recent failed paywall fiasco.

I would suggest using some of these mods.

Stevierages Sevenbase Cleavage here on Loverslab, which should be easy to find.

-IMHO better than a lot of replacers the armor looks cooler.

Minidresses Conversion for TBBP here on Loverslab author's name escapes me at the moment use search box to find it.

Unfortunately no matter what your going to do the vanilla conversions wont fit the pieces here perfectly, and Richterhk's came pretty close.

There is a 7B HDT pregnancy replacer here on LL but all the outfits are pretty much unfinished, as in the author never got into the nitty gritty of removing misplaced thigh weights by hand.  The advantage of that file would have been a more vanilla looking female npc which idk about you guys but I'd like to have a more generic replacer with the added weight paints for the 7B body than the silly options of every npc has a showing ribcage haha kinda gets old after a while and reminds me too much of some work were the guy just removes a box to reveal stuff haha.

I'd honestly like to have a replacer that added some more pieces on the mostly naked women running around in my game you know like chainmail skin on missing sections and maybe some pouches or skirts rather than exposed panties.  Cause you know they are the generic npc's and my character and her followers are ditching that armor for costum stuff anyway ASAP, which for the sloot factor is way better anyway.  Plus in a fantasy world it kinda is easier to explain that player and followers are special.

Anyways that's a dream I wouldn't have time to do it myself.

I just realized that I had not provided a packed mesh for the Ebonite Corsets with belt.

That has been corrected and the contents looked over again, so the Corsets should look really good and the revised restrictive boot mesh should be really nice too.

A thought on the revised boot mesh, its a bit bulker than the last one I provided so your going to find that although its bigger and a bit better weighted your still not going to be able to fit them over custom outfits and such without reweighting those outfits yourself.

Thanks for no hate.

Have fun all.

So after an evening of binge modding my game up to run more stuff even better my thoughts turned back to how much more I've learned about doing weight painting in Outfit Studio.  Believe it or not some pieces can get really messed up if you just wrote copy weight paints onto nif files.

The one in particular that bugged me was the Restrictive Corset which as it stands is not weight painted with breast weights well pretty much anywhere...

A wholesale copy weight would just cause the neck and head weights to be erased for some reason.

But it soon will be in this pack.  I found a way to pick specific weights and also to clean them up be hand vert by very if I had too.

I'll still have to adjust the zero weight positioning and repack it into the main file but here's some loose files and some random pick that doesn't do this justice.

Suffice it to say the collar works very well now and the Breast Bounce wont clip through the item anymore, though I may still need to put some spit polish on this as I've only just tabbed into the game to have a look that the head and neck weights were in fact still functional with breast bounce on the item.

It's much easier on the eyes without clipping.

Also I got breast weighted armbinder.

?? Your probably thinking Why?

Well at 100 weight and during some animations large breasted characters boobs will clip through the straps but with some boob weight paint that stops happening.

Instead of going to bed, I just worked on finishing the Armbinder and the Restrictive Collar.

I added Breast Weighting to these now this may sound odd but trust me this keeps the bouncing breast from clipping through these objects.  Making a picture of that is uh hard to do so you'll just have to download them and see for yourself.

Why wasn't the Collar or the Armbinder done before?

Well uh I guess most people just want to use the copy all weights button.  But I just selectively copied and then did a pass over with the weight brush...IDK I guess I take more time on it than others.  For one thing if a person does use the copy all feature the weights for the neck and hand get wiped so the head starts clipping through the collar.  I guess I was just more persistant about it than others who knows.

On the Armbinder well I guess no one ever thought to try to add breast weight to it.  Also those that tried a copy all weight well they would have wiped the weights that are not normally a part of the upper body mesh.

Anyways this just makes them awesome, and when more Devious Gear and Story Stuff hits your going to love seeing your little plaything in these.

are these conversions compatible with HDT 7Bunp body found here??:

I'm sure that doesn't seem to be a 7B body.

Anyway this will link you to the 7B HDT by Blabba

I'll be changing this over to the UUNP system.

is it still going to be compatible with the body? and how do you use the uunp system? so many questions i don't know the answer for.. :-/

UUNP is a system that was introduced to me by a guy on here by the name of Cell.  He is Ousinous over on Nexus he handles Bodyslide/outfit Studio.

UUNP stands for Universal UNP.

UUNP allows for every single body that uses UNP Mesh ( The Wireframe ) to be created.

So all UNP bodies, all UNPB bodies, all sevenbase bodies, all all...There are 50 bodies in UNP.  Then there are also Morphs about 20 sliders of morphs.

The whole thing works cause a guy like myself who has experience working on a mesh sits down and instead of stopping at just his pre-ferred type, just keeps going until every single one is finished.

Its quite challenging on the creator but I have made quite a few productions and released those to Nexus.  UUNP Gwelda, UUNP Cassandra, UUNP Merta, Sotteta, and Tembtra.

I wanted to spend more time working on the Cassandra one but due to pesky commenters filling my mail and other events I cut that one short of a true revision, tidied up the files for PE Physics users and am returning to this file.

Once Devious Device Users have a decent UUNP slider they can make the unp body they want... Any of the UNP bodies.

I intend to use the experience I've developed in using the UUNP System to convert all devious devices over to the system, so no one ever has to change bodies to play with our mods.

Makes sense. I'll have to figure out how to use bodyslide then since I've never used it over all these years of skyrim modding.

i am guessing this will make it easier to find bodies, configure and use them with dd. ok thanks

Correct once the Devious Device line has a good set of UUNP Sliders anybody that favors UNP body types can play with any of the mods in the Devious Device System without cringing at the idea that they would have to change their pre-ferred character body.

Making this change over will help thousands if not hundreds of thousands of players have a greater degree of choice in what they use to play their game and they certainly will no longer have an issue with making hard choices.  Meaning all mods that mod makers have made for the Devious Device system will have a much larger degree of flexibility!

I know a few of you are thinking on reading this that it has been done!

I have been asked to create a revision, based on my work done in UUNP, if you've used my meshes for 7B HDT you already kinda know why.

Thanks for explaining and I'll start researching UUNP, I'm in between gaming rigs and it really was getting tiresome waiting for someone to convert things and since I can't do it I had to wait or change bodies. I've never used bodyslide either so it will be a learning curve but if it makes things easier in the long run it's worth learning. Thanks for your hard work.

Yay! Feel free to use/improve my project files if you like. Some items shouldn't bee too shabby already, but there's certainly room for improvement. :)

Awesome Thanks for the show of support T3h0th3r

I'm afraid I haven't made as much progress as I wanted to today, My UUNP Files needed an update per Ousinous'es ( Cell on LL site ) instructions.

I put out 4 content updates that work quite well and updated the page descriptions, went to a movie, and talked shop about computers today D:

Kinda tired after the movie haha.

I have all the scripts to work on Aradia Devious Unpacked and I'm about to start setting up the Devious Meshes to look them over well I try to wind down.

Be Sure to check out

Immersive First Person Combat Item Fix, I made this file specifically to address how some Deviant Items cannot appear in 1st person view works best with Skyrim Enhanced Camera.

Quick question tho, will we, the mod users, need to do anything difference once this change happens? Like do we need to do anything on our end or is it just going to be a "plug and play" process as long as the body type we're using is of a UNP variant?

Posted

you will need UUNP/Bodyslide and batch build the body and outfits for the body type you chose (or use a custom preset). the whole thing isn't more complicated than running LOOT or FNIS...

If I was able to learn nifskope and get the animated vagina to work I should be able to figure this out with some trial and error. Can't wait for my new PC build and fresh install..... ;)

ah okay. that's easy then, and I'm sure bodyslide has a video explaining it just like the other mods.

Isn't as easy to figure out tbh. Not sure why there doesn't seem to be many guides for how to make the actual bodies with Bodyslide. Playing with it now. Hopefully it all works out and doesn't mess up the vagina and breast collisions and such that took me days to set up with my 7Base mesh.

Still trying to figure out how to load in the armor sets so I can start adjusting those so they fit the adjusted body mesh now too. Its a neat system, but a little more than confusing to use.

Maybe it's one of those things once you figure it out it's easy peasy from there on.
