Mister_Monster Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Basically, I've found it unequips all items from the target. But. There is supposed to be a tweak where you can enter a console command and not only remove all items but add them to your inventory. The nice thing about this is it does not add agro to the target. No one gets upset. ~~ and I really want General Tullius' armor. I'm not finding this tweak in the cheat lists/console command lists in my Bing search. So, has anyone ever used this command? What do I type? and thanks.
GrimReaper Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 removeallitems doesn't unequip items, it, well, removes them from the inventory. You delete them. If you want them to unequip everything what they are wearing, type 'unequipall'. As far as I know, you can't transfer items between yourself and an NPC, if you want an item, type 'help itemname', in this case you would type 'help tullius', scroll the list with pg up and pg down until you find the entry for his armor, then type 'player.additem ID of the item'. For this particular armor, you would just need to type 'player.additem 0005cbfe' Tbh I find it hard to believe that you searched for this at all, lel.
Carabosse Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 You can specify a container to move all items to with removeallitems. Say for example I wanted to move all of Adrianne's possessions to my player inventory: prid 0001a67c removeallitems player
GrimReaper Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 You learn something new every day. Didn't know that was possible.
Guest carywinton Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Or you can just target the npc with the items you want and type inv which will show all their inventory and items with the proper ids then it is just a matter of using player.additem xxxxxxx, I use this method allot and also use additem when npc is targeted so I can give them stuff they need, much faster than dialog poopy methods.
myuhinny Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Be sure when you type in player.additem ID number of item that you add a space and then a 1 this will give you 1 of the item piece if you want more then add a 2 or 3 or however many you want of said item.
gvman3670 Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 And if you tell a NPC to equipitem then you need to add a "1" afterward to make them keep it instead of changing back to their previous item as soon as you change cells.
