P.S. I'm not sure can i upload merged version with both dress variants here, basically it's full mod with changed file structure and added second dress, because you cant just merge them with tes5edit.

Knight's Steel Armor UUNP

 

includes a custom English ESP that also adds some variants for the armor pieces, like additional HDT-enabled versions.

 

Original and previews here.

 

Note: I also included the cloak Bodyslide files from the original mod, as any attempt to convert it to UUNP makes the game crash on equip. It still works with UUNP sliders, however, despite being for CBBE.

I've been trying but I can't seem to edit the armor with Outfit Studio and keep the HDT physics intact -- preview looks fine, but after saving anything the meshes break. If anyone knows how to do that then hit me up

Nice! If no one manages to successfully convert it, I'd gladly have a non-HDT conversion in the end, if you manage to do it.
