Where is this higher quality texture you speak of? Always thought it was odd that the default argonian SoS texture was missing a spec map.

Rather than dwell on the idea that Realism does not equal what is Best universally or that realism is largely dependent upon one's culture and geographical region,I'll just say that what is best when trying to approximate Realism in any form is representing a healthy amount of variety so I might as well link a few SOS compatible mods which will give you more options in male bodies.

Besides,as others have already pointed out,Schlongs of Skyrim gives the best range of genital sizes and shapes.

Every other erect body replacer is too inflexible.
