What is CT77 body type?

I've seen people mention CT77 and CBBE CT77 body type but when I went to go look it up, I found nothing on it. I know what CBBE is as that's the body type I use (CBBE Curvy). Could someone explain what and where the CT77 is?

I started using that mod lately.  It's awesome.  He has the whole thing set up where using body studio to make whatever body you want works for all the armors in the mod.  And it has quite a bit of bounciness going on, as well.

Edit: Here's pics of the body I whipped up in Caliente's body studio for that Remodeled Armor mod.  Works with all the armors in the mod and only takes a few minutes.  The armor seems to support a lot of sliders, so I reckon you could do something like one of those huge BBW bodies with it.

WARNING, nudity in the pics.

Does installing that armor pack turn your characters body type into CT77? As in that mod is both replaces armor and body type?

I can't remember the default shape (though I believe it's CBBE curvy), but it uses Caliente's body shop; so if you use CBBE you can certainly have the same body shape you already use.  You just have the option to fine tune it and the armor shapes to match your changes.  It's not super newbie friendly, though, so I'd recommend you be using mod organiser at the very least before you try to use it, or you're liable to have trouble realizing what you've done or what to undo if you mess up when digging in the Skyrim data folder.  (Mod organiser doesn't install anything into your Skyrim data, so changes are easy to undo. It's much better than NMM, but then again, it's less intuitive.)

No, unless you explicitly tell it to do so in BodySlide. CT77 is shipped with Chrono's mod, in the form of a preset of body shape sliders which you can customize to your personal preference. The changes you make will not be written to your data folder (and will therefore not overwrite anything) until you click on the 'Create Bodies' button at the middle bottom of the BodySlide program.

Like mojodajojo advises, it's a good idea to backup your current files before applying any changes, just in case you don't like what you see ingame. That way, you can easily easily return to your original body shape.

I tried a huge obnoxious body for fun, and the armors in his Remodeled mod support the breasts and hips and butt to a pretty gigantic proportion.  The belly sliders not so much, though.

Hmmm how to explain it...

If you use the default body that comes with ChronoTrigger77's latest build then you will have the CT77 CBBE body.

This is a version of the CBBE 3.2 body type that supports HDT, BBP, and TBBP.

Use the CT77 HDT body with XMPS Extended 2.0 (or later) and you should not have issues with Torpedo boobs when using older BBP or TBBP armors for the CBBE 3.2 body style (things like Alan's BBP 2.0 pack).

Long and drawn out reason...

There was an issue a couple of months back when people started using HDT enabled CBBE body types and skeletons with older BBP CBBE armors.

The problem was the Breast would end up being much longer in length then the should of been. This was due to the HDT breast mount point and the BBP/TBBP breast mount point being in a different location.

Typical Problems people saw were of 2 types:

1. If you had a BBP body and skeleton (xmps v93 from nexus, not the extended version) and tried a HDT 1.4 armor on your character you would see sucken breasts when wearing the armor.

2. If you had the HDT body type and XMPS Extended v93 and tried a BBP armor on your character you would get the torpedo effect.

You can still run into this issue even when using the CT77 body and XMPSE 2.0 Skeleton.

If you use a HDT 1.3/1.4 CBBE based armor (some of the armors listed in the body slide 2 conversion thread are for HDT 1.4 CBBE) it will not look correct with the new skeleton and body.

More things to think about...

With the XMPSE 2.0 and CT77 setup you can use older BBP/TBBP CBBE sets and HDT armors that are based on the Newer XMPSE 2.0 and CT77 setup (ironic yes). But you will have sunken breast issues with armors based on the HDT 1.3/1.4 and XMPSE 1.93 setup (I think I just repeated myself there... shit happens).

So CT77 CBBE body type is a great base shape to use when creating conversion sets in outfit studio (part of body slide 2) and for ingame use of a CBBE body for those that use CBBE.

Damn I think I started rambling some where in there I hope some of that made sense???

Version 2.1 of Body slide now has CT77 body as the "CBBE Body HDT" set...

From the sticky post about the update

* Added new "CBBE Body HDT" by ChronoTrigger77 to BodySlide (breast, butt and belly weights, previously "CT77 Body" )

Also note they now use xmpse 2.0 as the referense skeleton

* Added and made the XPMS Extended (XPMSE 2) skeleton the default reference - thanks to Groovtama and xp32

I didn't know until this morning that BS 2.1 was out... Yay!!!

Now All I have to do is figure out how to make a "cbbe to demonfet" conversion...

To be sure, can I use any of the presets in CBBE body HDT aside from CT77?  I am trying to figure out why I am having random twitching and mildly deformed breasts / butt atm..  I have changed the XML in my defaultBBP in to "HDT Belly" btw..
