Trouble with Vampires

I can't talk or loot vampires without doing player.resurrect but if I do that all my perks disappear and I have to quit to desktop and restart Skyrim which solves the perks problem, but starts the cycle all over. Can anybody help me please?

I can't pinpoint the problem, but whenever I have problems with my game because of mods I will do a load order test with TES5 Edit. It will run a test to see if your load order will run into any conflicts and it is also an essential tool for mod cleaner as well.

I use BOSS for sorting my mods. I also tried disabling all my mods except Dawnguard and I still couldn't talk to or loot vampires, and when I save it crashes.

I cleaned all my masters and it's still the same.

Starting a new game doesn't work either and I've already tried reinstalling multiple times

Same problem here. Dawnguard will just randomly break and i have done all the same things you have.
