For the future mod installation I was thinking about installing Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul when I will play Oblivion next time.

Just by looking on nexus site and reading/examining structure of the mod I know that there are incompatibilities with this mod.

On the developer website there's link to 'Known Incompatibilities' but it expired. Anyone know this list of incompatible mods?

Well, I use it with FCOM and I don't have any trouble with any lovers mods, I can tell you that much.

 

 

However, if you want creature/animal rapes, you will have to add in the OOO mobs to your idleanimspriority esp. None of them use any new skeletons, so you just have to match them up with ones that exist. I.E. Copy and paste the imp animation block in the script, and change the path.

The only mod i did not give permission to create new stuff is animation project, because i don't want anyone messing that one up since i spend most of time creating that one. it was created from the ground up, so all of it was my own work.

I imagine it would depend on what you wanted to run with it. I've pretty much stopped playing Oblivion for the time being, but I was using OOO (just OOO, mind you; not MMM or FCOM) with 100+ other mods and didn't have any trouble. Just keep it near the top of the load order.

Gotta have OOO.

 

I run OOO now, on a heavily graphically modified Oblivion with 80+ mods. OOO has never been caused problems for me. I had considered running MMM (Martigen's Monster Mod) but after reading the posts, this road seemed to lead to incompatibilities I don't want to deal with and I wasn't really interested in FCOM Convergence.

 

So I guess I'm saying it depends on what other mods you run. I believe OOO and MMM modify many of the same critters, so have many conflicts. OOO doesn't appear to conflict with other, non-critter, types of mods.

I just had to go check: I have OOO with 270+ mods running. No problems--but I always install OOO just about fourth or fifth, not load order, install. Otherwise you overwrite a lot of stuff.

From OOO readme:

 

OOO will almost definitively conflict with mods that change a lot of NPCs or leveled lists, including NPC New Clothes by emyung and RealSwords by waalx.

 

This means that OOO will conflict with AV Uncapper?

The mod uncapps and let you go beyond 100 level in skills.

300_KillTheDB.esp: Well, I will likely get some hate on this one but I do NOT like the Dark Brotherhood.....so I rape and then kill them....or kill them and then rape them....which ever I feel like at the time :)

(SFL) Makeover - White Stallion Lodge.esp: this is just what it says. It redoes the white stallion lodge to a two story building complete with stables for the horses. I don't have a link for it however. There are other mods that do this but I stumbled on it a long time ago and like it, so.... If you want it I will dig in my archive to find it. Just let me know.

MCS extension.esp: Adds features to Mad Companion Ship Spells mod.

After finding this patch I am relived. :D

It may conflict but remember the mod rule of oblivion: whatever is lower will win...so just have the mod in question below OOO and it should be fine.

 

Note: If you use a bashed patch you may need to move the mod down below the bashed patch.

HGEC Kajiits.esp was a mod to fix my female cats textures. I could of fixed this by remapping the meshes in nifskope but I got lazy :) If your cats skins are fine then you don't need this.

 

Don't know what the difference is between the lovers version and SMYB as I only use SMYB and have before I discovered lovers. Case of just sticking with the one I knew.

 

You should be fine on the uncapper then.

How can I make work DropLitTorchOBSE with Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul?

 

I have OOO-DLT_Remover.esp shouldn't it fix it? Whenever I try to use torch i.e. throw it the deadly reflex combat moves like dodging and bashing doesn't work anymore. You have to exit the game, and run the game again to make deadly reflex combat moves work.

As far I am aware you can't.

I don't think the OOO-DLT_Remover.esp ever worked worth a crap.

 

Have you tried throwing it without OOO-DLT_Remover.esp enabled?

 

Another thing you could try is installing DropLitTorchOBSE and put it below your bashed patch (or if you don't have a bashed patch then below OOO) and see if that works.

Many thanks grega, unchecking OOO-DLT_Remover.esp in load list, moving DropitLitTorchOBSE.esp below bash patch, and rebuilding bash patch seemed to help. I can throw torches freely without any bugs in Deadly Reflex combat moves.
