008phantom Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 So I have run skyrim with sexlab defeat and framework before without any problems, then my PC decided to crash. after my computer booted back up skyrim would not run. I uninstalled the game and then re-installed it after uninstalling all mods. I then re-installed all mods along with sex lab and the game wouldn't start up using the skse loader. It won't open and displays a skyrim has stopped working error screen. Game runs fine without sexlab installed. please help! I have FNIS and run it at every un/install. tried loading it on a clean save as well and have BOSS for the load order.
afz53fu Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Manually check your mods. Make sure you didn't forget a master. Also some mods are sensitive to installation order.
Uriel Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Do you have a StorageUtil.save file in your "\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\"? If so, try to move it(to your desktop for example). If this helps, please upload that file somewhere and post the link.

Uriel Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Someone reported that StorageUtil.save got corrupted somehow and was crashing Skyrim. If it's your case too, a sample of such corrupted file will probably help h38fh2mf find what's going on.

vanish619 Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 WTF , URIEL U ARE A LIFE SAVER! guys just look for StorageUtil.save by searching it and then DELETE IT . i tried 3 different profiles and i've been modding for over a year and this just shocked me .
ntblood Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 I tried removing StorageUtil.save but did anyone look at the contents, vanish619? I'll post the contents of mine here but there was next to nothing in the file when I opened with notepad. Before I looked inside the file, when I removed it I thought my game was running smoother but the file that replaced it was identical and I changed my mind. Besides I have these Sexlabs CTD right right before sex starts. So, here is the entire contents of Storage.Util.sav 0 0 0 0 0 0Pretty exciting huh. Bummer I though we might be onto something there right
Sacredotaku217 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 I have the same problem and have found the solution: -Download the TES5 edit from nexus, then run the program, you'll probably get a EOS code 2 Error which is a missing maim file error -Right above the error report is the name of the file it last tried to load which is the missing file.(there are probably more than one missing file) -Find the file, download them then install them then run tes5edit again and repeat the process until you have no error report. Done. Your game should be ready to go. Notice: the missing file (in my case) belong to some other mod in sexlab, if you don't like them then just disable in the mod configoration menu(ingame). Life is a bitch. So learn how to fuck it!
