I am running 4d and Devious 4a but I get a CTD when  I get close to the new areas. If I revert back to 3 everything’s all right. I thought by the comments that I didn’t need the breeder mods for this to work all I needed was SexLab, Sexlab Aroused and Zaz animation pack? Have I missed something?

 

Are you using an advanced skeleot like XPMS?

 

I couldn't test it but I may have to add that as a requirement.

 

I am using xp32 MAXIMUM Skeletons-26800-1-2

 

 

Other than a skeleton, I can't think of a reason that would cause a CTD when you approach the new areas.

 

Is there anything in your logs?

These are errors with sexlab, not with Stories. 

 

Which area were you trying to approach?

 

Stories should not trigger sexlab scenes by themselves. Only though dialogues so far.

 

If this error comes by itself without talking to anyone, you have a problem with another SexLab mod.

 

But if I remove 04d or 041 and insert 03a everything is fine, but with the newer ones  I get a CTD if approaching the middle of the swampy area south of Solitude or Cradle stone tower nothing else changes? Nothing wrong with Riften and the new topics show up using Devious04a. They are at the bottom of the load list Any Ideas?

 

 

If you are crashing on these two locations, it is probably because of the pregnancy body used for these NPCs.

I hope we can fix this I hate to leave the Stories unfinished, they are really good and add a new dimention to the way we approch problems

I believe I found a bug with the standing stones. You can (according to the quest log), change your standing stone fetish without actually changing your standing stone. If you activate the stone with "E" and then click cancel, you'll keep your current boost as normal but you will change fetishes. I have only tried the Shadow, Mage and Tower stone though.

It started as a bug but I will keep it as a feature.

 

That way people can experiment with different fetish without losing the benefit of their sign.

Just wanted to thank you for this fun mod.  I've only come across two of the stories so far but they are very enjoyable.  I have Elle as my steward for Lakeview Manor.  Came back from a quest to find her out of power, sitting outside and a wolf continuously biting her.  Felt so bad I went and did the tasks in Falkreath to get a housecarl to watch over the place and Elle when I'm not around.

Did you recently upgrade to 1.58b?

 

Can you look in your logs for error messages about Stories?

 

Could be an issue with registering again the sexlab event.

quick note to say that the Lady Stone fetish is working while Mage Stone appears not to be. I think both are still listed as wip, so, thought I'd mention it.

no didnt upgrade going to have to do a little research into the papyrus log i have it set up just not sure how to get it to read last entry is from july1st i have been having other issues this is just one of them lol may have to many scripts running

I don't know what could be causing this issue. It is possible that an abusive clean up of a save game could cause this kind of errors.

I'm having a bit of trouble with the brood maiden quest, mostly getting it started.

 

 

I've found her and talked with her, and at the end of the conversation, I get spit on from no real direction, and then nothing, just charus spit/poison effects.

That is why! I was wondering why it isn't doing anything. But, it wasn't a requirement in the front page, unless I'm an illiterate dumbass and missed it. 

 

edit: What else do you need and why do the NPCs provided by this mod have different textures for head and body. They don't use the bodies and textures that I have installed?

Ok I have Installed the requirements said above, but the broodmaiden quest doesn't start for me. Also, the quest to find the dwemer oil, am I suppose to get a quest marker? 

 

Edit: I sit around Lotte for about 2 hours in game time until one of the Chaurus infects me and plays the animation and such, I get impregnated but no quest pops up,

I got the brood maiden to work after installing Estrus Chaurus. It's easy, I think, to install Estrus Chaurus wrong because it has so many requirements.

 

Unfortunately, I later removed Estrus Chaurus again because it causes so many problems. Well, *it*; doesn't directly seem to cause problems, but Actor Events, a requirement, creates so much Papyrus spam and makes my game unstable. I wish it could be written out of the code because I really love the idea of Estrus Chaurus, but always end up regretting that I have installed it.
