I'm using Nexus Mod Manager (NMM). It's all working for me, except for Antinua (Aunty Noya). I have to use console command to make her appear in the game. But in the end, I only choose Natasha and Xiaoxuan as followers

Malicious file, Baidu has had a problem with this recently with several files getting crap injected into them and malware being served via their CDN's, given the age of this particular file I wouldn't be surprised if it was just another victim.

wyvernbravado Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Ok, being somewhat new to modding, even though I've learned quite a bit in the last year thanks to LL and the Nexus, I've got some questions... Why do some of these followers have no mesh or texture folders in their archives? In this latest archive I downloaded, Cheryl, Drusilia, Gustav and Mimi are all missing mesh and texture folders. They have a bsa, a bsl and an esp. Are these archives that contain the meshes and textures that the esp will use to create the characters in the game? Usually the .BSA file has everything that is needed archived within it , meshes , textures , scripts , sounds , etc. If you use a bsa unpacker you'll be able to extract the contents and see the folder structure. I hope that helps ! Here's a link to the BSA unpacker I've used before :-) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4804? I've unpacked the BSA correctly and placed the unpacked files directly into the designated addresses. However, while in-game, Cheryl's items are still unremoveable throught console (by using MFG console to find out item ID - it's invalid by the way) or through follower manager mods. When giving her equipment to put on her hands, feet and other slots are fine just that only torso and body slots do no appear on her at all and she remains in her default unremoveable outfit). I tried to mess around by deleting the Mesh files for the unremoveable outfit but that just makes her torso hands and legs disapppear. Anyone knows how to equip items on her properly?

Just right click on the four files then in 7-zip category, choose "extract here". The files will be extracted into one folder. Then you can zip or rar the folder again if you wish to install it using a mod manager
