Need Fnis 5.0, Cannot Access Nexus Mods

I have skyrim version 1.9.32.0.8. I used fnis 3.5 which led to some error and ultimately the animations stopped working. I believe that fnis 5.0 can make it correct. However, I cannot access nexus mods due to some ip error ( don't know why they flagged my ip). Can someone please upload the fnis 5.0 (Behaviour and spell) on some file sharing website!!

All you have to do is google it, there is tons of sites with it. Now are any of them safe to use and download from is another question.

I dont think its you alone, i have hard time too it seems but dont worry, few minutes i couldnt login at all with modmanager. Now that seems to works so there is something funky at servers i believe.

I know the Nexus sites get DDOS'ed a lot. Could be the issue. When certain nexus sites go down without a "maintenance" warning, or take unbelievably long, DDOS is usually the cause. They wrote a front page article about a yearish ago about it.
