Darkening Demise Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Nothing else really that's like Bethesda games. Unless it's a simple nude skin mod, which flood many games/mods. Or just standalone crappy adult games made in RPG Maker. There's really nothing out there.

xboronx Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Some Illusion games have lots of additional clothes/textures etc. mods. For Artificial Girl 3 especially there are thousands of such mods. Similiar for Sexvilla 3d. But the above mentioned games were made as adult games, and thus have rather little playability and look worse than Skyrim. Illusion is currently making Artificial Academy 2 though, a game which also promises to have some nice sim-type gameplay. Artificial Academy 1 was quite funny.
