Ploms Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 View File Description ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This mod replaces the boring robes for females to a more sexy look. most of the robes have good compatibility with different oblivion textures, so I recommend people who have experience with nifscope to mix and match. This mod works like any other but I have added a bunch of modders resources as well for changing textures in nifscope. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements apachii's wigs (just the textures) http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40774/? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Changelog 18/04/14 - added 4 new hats 18/04/14 - added 2 more outfits and some tweaked ones 18/04/14 - fixed issues with missing meshes ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Submitter Ploms Submitted 04/03/2014 Category Armor & Clothing Requires http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40774/?
Nepro Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Are those robes designed for DMRA body? When I view them in nifscope the robes kinda look like DMRA but I am not sure.
Ploms Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 Are those robes designed for DMRA body? When I view them in nifscope the robes kinda look like DMRA but I am not sure. its the DMGUTS, for some reson I decided to just stick to that body for the time being. Later I plan to convert it more different body types . ---------------------------- I will add missing hats and maybe a new outfit this weekend when if I got the time. The download page will get an update with better description and so on.
Nightwynd Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 They are sweet, and I love the wig-hat combo thank you so much for these!
Ploms Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 They are sweet, and I love the wig-hat combo thank you so much for these! they are a bit limited at the moment but I plan to have different wigs for the hats. Reason why I did this is because of the crappy engine oblivion uses I cant add the hat and hair with with vertex colors (the hair color in race menu). I can however give the hats a different slot like amulet or ring. that way you can use the hat with your characters hair but then again it can clip though and so on.
Allyster Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 That robes look just awesome and I always want to have a witch hat like those. Thanks for the release!

Yeah, I think your approach is waaay better!
mem4ob4 Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 A robe for every mood! Good work Ploms. Seeing minor issue in some leggings at top hem. verts crossing left/right thighs. Mem
myuhinny Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Outfits look great I have only checked out the one so far as I haven't downloaded the apachii's wigs for the textures yet. DMGUTS is fine for the body you only need to convert them to other bodies if you want to since many will be able to do that easily themselves with Gerra6's clothing converter if they want a different body type. That would save on extra work of having to make other conversions unless you want to do them. Forgot to check body gloss and ignore the hands the body is set up for the TGND body. TGND body .
Ploms Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 @mem4ob4 It seems to be a common error for me regarding those thighs. gonna get that fixed next version. @myuhinny Thanks for the tip I want to make the hats look more natural. I didn't spend much time making them Here is what im going for, adding more curves to make it look more used.

I've tried using the tool to convert them to Light Guts but there is a lot of clipping in the converted mesh :<

myuhinny Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 @Nightwynd I used Gerra6's DRMA template which has a fixed uv which was causing the center of DRMA chest areas to get a weird spot. I also use his TGND one as well when converting DRMA. There was minor clipping on the side of the chest since the DRMA template is a little different on the sides but I just use nifskope and right click the outfit go to transform - scale vertices. You will get 3 lines X Y and Z with the number 1.0000 Do not mess with Z or the 1 changing 1 to 2 or higher will make your player the new stuff puff marshmallow girl. The first 0 after the . does the most tuning and it decreases with each 0. X expands the outfit left and right Y expands them front and back. I usually pick the 2nd 0 after the . and I usually start small like maybe put a 1 or 2 and keep doing it till it's gone and I don't save till I have looked at it and decide that it is good. Play around with them a bit to get the hang of it.
Nightwynd Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I think that by template you mean the lattice? if so I've done a bunch of my own from the bodies and I noticed the DMRA bug when trying to convert from DMRA to EBE. My problem isn't the chest, however, but rather the legs, arms and cape. Since I attempted to convert them to lightguts all the areas that become more muscular clip through. The only option is to add padding, but the mesh looks pretty weird. Normally I would have fixed the clipping with Blender, but since that damn windows update I cannot open it anymore :<
myuhinny Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 The DRMA nif template is on page 11 of Gerra6's thread. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/27557-new-clothing-body-style-converter-release-candidate-v072-3-30-2014/page-11 With the template the breasts were moved apart some instead of being squished together I think that is why chests for DRMA get that weird spot when converted to a smaller size. Arms and legs are a bit tricky to try to tweak the vertices on.
Ploms Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 before I go to bed here's what the hat design looks like. messed up a bit on the textures but whatever

myuhinny Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 @Nepro It can be found here. http://bbs.3dmgame.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3400064 You will need google translate. The download is under the *Finally download address, which is described in detail!* There are some other places that it is at as well I just can't think of them atm. Maybe here. http://mods.tesfans.org/forum-10-12?prune_day=100&sort_by=Z-A&sort_key=last_post&topicfilter=all I can't remember but I don't think there was any textures for the hands I found hand textures from a different EVY mod that I took and used and the ears don't have a file either.
fejeena Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Or add the Tattoos to your Body texture. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/18763/ here a pds file with nearly all Tribal Tattoo I ever saw on race textures. Also the 3 Tattoos from myuhinny Ok you need Photoshop, gimp or paint.net (all with dds plugin) You can change the black Color to red.
Mizu78 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Is there a version of the hats that does not come with a hair re-placer? I kind of like my girls with the hair styles they currently have. Or is that something I should look at removing myself in nifscope? Other wise I do love the elves I have running around the castle in such skimpy clothing.
Ploms Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 @mizu78 going to make a alternative esp for that but I cant guarantee anything when it comes to issues like clipping. the hat will take the amulet or ring slot and the mod is mainly for just taking pictures. blame bethesda for the crappy engine
Ploms Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 will upload a new version on monday or thursday if I get some problems. It will have about four new hat designs, a new outfit and fix a few errors with the existing robes. in the meantime here is something completely different :3
Allyster Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Perhaps you can add the hands as equipment if you got permission of the autor. Also how about the shoes, you have something in mind?
Ploms Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 @Allyster shoes have to come a bit later. in total I think I'll end up with eight different mage outifts and aotund five hat designs. I will see what I can do afterwards. The shoes kinda bothers me as well.
