Nice price, 2 years out there and a decent amount of work done within that time frame. Wonder what lies ahead. Maybe appealing towards fetishes such as bondage and furry, or maybe we'll have to rely on Second Life and Red Light Center forever. Even Chathouse 3D got a fetish update (highly overpriced of course because that's Thrixxx)

Seems really interesting, there is no Demo is there or something? I'm just not really keen on spending $20 bucks to try it out. I guess its not that much but I'm afraid of being let down about it. Is there a lot of active people on there? I don't want to buy it and then every time I go on it's like me and 5 other people. Also as mentioned before the sounds are kinda a turn off for me.

Ritter51, I had the same questions. But when I read 3DXChat players reviews, it all became clear.

 

3DXChat has an outstanding community of players! Why? It's simple and ingenious: there is no free trial/demo or free access. VIP access only. And it works great as a filter.

In other free adult MMO games there are a lot of trolls etc... oh but I already wrote about it.

haha, are you kidding? This is the most popular online 3D sex game, and it's full of people online.

 

I tried all 3D sex games on the market and I can say that this 3DXChat game has the highest quality.

Got curious after reading ths thread and have now tried it a couple of days. I have no experience with other adult MMO's. Its not bad at all.

 

Pros: Animatons are amazingly good! And there seem to be a quite a lot of them. Even one bondage (tied to chair). Communiy seems nice. U can make parties or rooms with ur own themes (my avatar is parttime working as a whore in a bordello).

 

Cons: Female clothing is in my opinion generally too slutty. Too few options for dressing casual. All female footwear have heels. There are now 5 public areas (Beach, Yacht, Night Club, Love Island and Sin Club). More public areas would be good.

 

Verdict: Worth a try if u got the money. It has good potential and could, with proper development, be quite good. Thats my opinion after two days.

There's not much to do but hump dudes playing as female avatars. There's more appeal towards female avatars than males so they'll have far more options and clothing. The outfits are skanky but it's an adult game so what do you expect? RLC and SL allow player created content so you'll have an easier time with variety there. They also don't appeal towards everyone's fantasies compared to other adult games. 3DXChat is too young and too little content for now. Still has a long ways to go. It has one pro over all others though; superb quality. Other games still are far better gameplay wise and may forever be.

When RLC started out, all the female clothing was tarty, whorish, slutty, skanky or, at best, lingerie.

 

When they first allowed it, clothing design involved editing .png files and .txt files and then uploading the .png, and anybody could do it.

 

Literally all the ordinary, normal, casual, comfortable, decent, respectable and/or smart female clothing available in RLC for years was player-uploaded.

 

The weddings they advertise on their front page now started out as members RPing their avatars getting married. The staff added wedding venues and official marriage tags and the like in response to the popularity of the idea.

 

3dxchat may well undergo a similar "evolution."

Thats what we could hope for. Less porn and more roleplay. With the superb graphics it has, it could be an astounding game. I never played RLC, but i have seen screenshots. And they are not appealing to me at all.

Another thing 3dXchat lacks is more options for facial features. It only has 5-6 basic faces with no sliders for facial features. Only thing u can change is makeup. So u have a great risk of meeting ur double! :-)

Tried it for a month. It's decent, but after a little while I found the novelty to wear off since there was only so much to do. Also, seems like you have to work to get other people good at writing--most people I found didn't say that much. The game is not that active in early CET mornings when I wanted to play, but it's pretty active in peak American times. Best part is the graphics and animations which are great, though it could use more of everything because I found I got to know them all fast.

 

Customer service is good. I didn't realise it was a subscription and only wanted to try it for one month, I always pay for subscription type games per month in case I ever want to quit. But I found at the start of January I was billed for another month. Contacted BMT Micro and they gave me a full refund with no questions asked and minimal info given. It was my mistake, so I didn't expect anything, but that left a good impression.

In response to 'women' in apostrophe, there actually is a tiny amount of actual women on 3DXChat that I saw, two or three out of maybe 150~? at most avatars I looked at. Generally I find it pretty easy to tell who is and who isn't something on the Internet. But of course as you say, most are guys playing female characters so if you are a guy into women, and this bothers you, then probably you won't have fun. I noticed most female characters were all listed as "Bisexual" (since to a male player, guy on girl and girl on girl are both hot) but few as exclusively straight or lesbian. On the other hand 99% of male characters were straight. But I am a straight female, so this is probably the easiest possible demographic of the game for me. Just wish more in it could write well.

It's the internet I believe all are males and not females until decent amount of evidence says otherwise. I also don't believe people are who they claim to be in certain situations. I have to question them to make sure. Can't be too careful. It's a good way to go by too, too many creeps and dangers out there. You see all the stories online and on the news and on crime shows. Plus I've got experience with dealing with people deceiving/stalking.
