But even still, their birthrate has been sluggish for a long time. This won't be a thing in many parts of Africa or maybe China for example. Or in many Arab countries, or India because of religious pressure. Â Seems a lot of the places it could actually help to stabilize population growth it won't work in because they're either too poor, underdeveloped, religious or tradition bound to make use of it.
