Not sure about that hair. Pretty positive its not Apachii or TESIVHairs. Maybe LovelyHairs. I really wanna say its part of a Tera Hair pack that has been floating around. But, again, not sure.

pics are taken from apachii's uploaded ones, says v 1.2, i cant tell which mod excatly adds but i have it and i dont have time to look into all hair mods what i have.

Edit: even Epic elves race mod description says recommended mods: apachii and cazy hairs

some of the hairs in zzjay's pics are not included in apachii's hair mods, they are hairs from oblivion that have been converted, possibly by zzjay or someone that the user knows

hm true the low detail texture kinda looks like tera hair, haven't used them in a while, so mebe i forgot about that one... guess i'll have a peek at them again. thx
