Apropos - Feature Request and Descriptions Submission

I haven't used this mod in a bit and didn't see anything in the description that detailed this, but does the W/T healing rate change if you're a vampire/werewolf/succubus? If not, I'd ask for that as a new feature. Maybe W/T is all positive effects if you're a succubus?

It does not.W/T has different multipliers depending on your partners race,but it only affects the amount of wear applied per scene, the healing rate is unaffected.

Currently working on:

- Alternative widget size, either through Flash property setter, or dual widget .swf files.

- Periodic additional descriptions generated for scenes with the PC, either using Hotkey or timer.

- Additional descriptions for: Centurion, Dwarven Sphere, Dwarven Spider, Ballistae.

No, but thanks though! Guess my memory is playing tricks on me. Love Apropos for a female toon. I'm using it now on a male though and had a vague thought I'd seen a male addon.

I made a database replacement along those lines a while back,it may have been what you where thinking about.It was several months ago and i went by another name then.The db files where ripe with spelling mistakes I didn't bother correcting and a few formatting issues.If that`s what you where thinking about then download the file I attached to this post,its my current database and should be a lot more polished than that one.

As for suggestions Gooser I have one I made a few months back when I was poking around the db files,support for player creature perspective comments.

Apropos as it stands right now does not support 1st person comments where the player is a creature as opposed to that creatures partner,and given the number of people

who enjoy playing as weres and vampire lords it might be worthwhile to include it in an eventual release.

first of all thanks for a great mod! During play I noticed that there is no Wear and Tear Update during Female_on_Female Strapon Sex, which is odd I thought.

I modified the AproposDescription.psc for that, it should now not only detect the Strapon but also act on it. Just an idea. And I added a SLSO patch to Apropos.psc itself.

Source, build and diff attached.

Would it be possible to make a patch for SLSO and Estrus? Currently from own experience I've noticed that SLSO updates W/T values only on NPC orgasm and not PC, while I think it should on both. With Estrus it's kinda unimmersive if combined with SLSO cause player orgasms a lot but it has no effect on W/T cause Estrus never orgasms.

Very interesting. I thought initially that would come from the original not using SLSO. So an orgasm would be both as in standard sexlab. The "fact" that SLSO makes the player orgasm but not the creature was not there. But then, the function Descriptions.DisplayOrgasmStartMessage(thread) is to my knowledge where W&T happens/is invoked, and that is triggered by an orgasm. Will put a few debugs into it. If it falls through the selections, the animation should be imho "isCreatureSex" and "isVaginal", then there would also be no W&T.

I assumed you meant "Estrus Chaurus"-Traps but I have the funny feeling you meant the real "Estrus"?

Nice would appreciate that. Also I had in mind a while ago dunno if it is already working, the option "size matters" where the schlong size actually has impact in the PC's wear.

ok, works with the Animation having the "Estrus" Tag. Just tried it with an Estrus Trap. Some words to the patch. It includes the previous SLSO and Strapon W&T Patch and adds "Estrus" to the db in

Data\Apropos\db\WearAndTear_Damage.txt

which implies that after starting an existing game you have to go apropos -> Message Preferences -> Refresh from Database & select Refresh

otherwise the new value is not read, I picked "30", you can modify that yourself in the above mentioned file as it is TXT

Also the Patch computes all "Estrus" tagged animations as "isCreatureSex" and "isVaginal", if that is wrong I would need some other means to read the Animation tags.

For the "size matters", that would mean that there is a damage modifier to the damage value which would be based on the Schlong Size. I honestly have no idea how to query the size of an SOS Schlong.

Was curious if anyone happens to have a database edit that's themed around the idea of the PC not really understanding sex yet, especially with like canines and wolves, like being completely naive to it.
